Nolucklcfc Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 Winks faes out 3 in in reality probably 1 in 1
EnderbyFox Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 Anything other than the striker from Feyenoord on loan & i'll be astounded. Bilal out & Carranza in and that'll be it. 1
Mickyblueeyes Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 Just can’t see anyone other than the Carranza. It’s a 7pm deadline not 12am. We can’t do multiple deals. Proven that for many years and there just isn’t enough noise for there to suggest more are incoming. I think that’s us done until Jan - thought we’d be organised to have a Bilal replacement but doesn’t seem to be the case. There would’ve been more noise by now. Let’s see. Love for Rudkin to prove me wrong for once. Marti being left desperately short of quality in certain areas otherwise. 1
AKCJ Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 This has been an absolute shambles of a window if we don't get a striker in. Even more so if we sell Bilal without midfield replacements.
Foxes96 Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 Reckon it’ll just be a couple of loans. Would love Jordan James in but just can’t see it getting done, so think we’ll settle for a cheaper alternative in Saletras. Think we may push for Rak-Sakyi loan with obligation as well, but not sure that gets done either and we stick with BDCR/ S Thomas as back up to Fatawu. In Carranza - Loan w/option Rego - Loan w/ option Saletras - <£5m Out Bilal - Loan w/ obligation Alves - Loan

There's absolutely no way we get more than one player in the 9 hours left of this window. He simply cannot do it. He's proven time and time again that he's not fit for purpose. Joe90 Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 If we don’t get a striker Jesus Christ be an all time low from the club

lcfc_forever Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 Given the club are likely giving this info to Owynn should give confidence, normally they wouldn’t say much.

Agreed, I think Alves going out on loan, whilst not a first team regular shows we are likely going to reinforce that area. I know sod all about these 3 players, but 3 loans that should hopefully strengthen us, is a smart move in terms of PSR. 1

Some of our fans see a totally different reality to the one that we actually are.
Bezzanator89 Posted 1 September 2025 Posted 1 September 2025 May be a few late departures (Winks, Faes) to go along with El Khannouss. Can just feel it. In terms of arrivals, it's the season-long loan of Carranza and that's about it. And there will even be some that call that a good result. Oh, how far we have fallen.
davieG Posted 1 September 2025 Author Posted 1 September 2025 Bit of a damp squid then. One addition unless some late announcements. I believe they just have to register players and can finish off the paper work by 11 something like that.

Normally, all squid would be equally moist as they live in the sea - meaning that it would be impossible to distinguish a notably damp squid. Tonight, though, all squid are on the beach, sunning themselves in the warm glow of LCFC's glorious deadline day business. This evening, Super Jon Rudkin has certainly shown that he has another string to his bone, as they say in the cello industry. 2
