Snap

Stephi lucky,  but perhaps that belief is what he needs to spark again

I think as poor as he’s been a managers take is different to a fans.  In the last couple of games he’s done something pretty incredible twice that probably nobody else on the field can do (maybe fats) but fluffed the finishes. I think he will still be very happy he created them and knows the goals will come.

Needs a few belted choruses of his song and he will get back in his groove

WBA are clear favourites, thought we would be more closer in the betting .

So having us finishing around 7th was never about a points deduction after all.

they just dont fancy us this season.

Watching Jordan Ayew attempt to play football is boring and Marti refusal to change the players and watching this team and try to play football is embarrassing, if I want to go sleep I'll put it on.

He does not refuse to change players that has been evident since the start of the season but hey ho.

Not mad at that.

Played well against Coventry and should have won.

Only changes i would like to have seen would be Carranza in for Ayew and Monga in for Mavididi.

But Marti likes to change it up and wont leave it too late.

Definitely left it too late against Coventry.

Ayew and Mavididi despite both being shockingly bad both start yet again?

We have limited options and are only 6 games in..

Carranza and Monga both should of started ahead of them tonight.

Agree Ayew should be in the 10 behind a striker.. but not going to write that off just yet... Monga also could start over Mav but would probably ruin his confidence, Monga is a good impact sub and is only 16.

30 mins on the clock and we’ll have had 2 shots, neither on target and one corner and free kick not beating the first man…

Ayew will stifle our attack.

Oh and the game will bypass Booby.

Please prove me wrong

Genuine question.  What attributes does Ayew have that makes you think he can be a ten?

Out of curiosity did you listen to Monday’s WYS when Pipes was raving about Winks?

He said the difference with him being in the team is night and day?

That players actually anticipate him moving the ball on and making a positive run that they don’t make when Bouba/Skipp etc are on the ball.

Surely, Pipes knows a fair bit about football??

They can anticipate him moving the ball and yes he does … about 3 yards back from whence it came or conservatively to one side. He achieves very little even if he doesn’t give the ball away.
