Im not fan of his, but this is madness. It’s a goal kick, the swansea lad is lying to try and get a corner and the ref is in his own little world. 

How can you watch that and think that making a slide tackle was the right decision? If he carries on running he’s gonna end up kicking the ball out for a corner kick anyway. The risk he’s took to try and win the ball isn’t worth it.

I genuinely don’t think their player is even getting to the ball.

 

The ref doesn’t cover himself in glory but we’ve seen them given before (without VAR) so not sure why everyone is so surprised.
