We might have offered him decent enough terms but with no guarantee of game time. Maybe he thinks he's better off going somewhere else at a lower level and playing every week at this stage.

That said, Stephy had an atrocious season but Silko Thomas is honestly non league level.

The fact he turned it down tells me we offered him what we thought he was worth. Good sign if true, rather than paying him what everyone thinks he might be worth one day.

Baffled how he got any minutes last season, looked lost at championship level, and poor at Wigan in L1. Good luck to him, but was nowhere near the level - and our level has dropped considerably in recent years!!

No opinion on him as I never saw enough of him. Foxestalk assures me he was not good enough so I'll leave it there.
