SafewayFox Posted 25 January Posted 25 January I’d take one of the actors who played a manager in Dream Team, if it meant that Marti is binned off today.

Franck Haise Dino Toppmoller Maarten Martens Bo Svensson Bo Henriksen Didn't realise he'd left AZ but I can't see him going from that to this ****ing mess. He could also have a bit of the Thomas Frank's about him, coming from a data driven club and looking shite without a well run club behind him
lcfcsnow Posted 25 January Posted 25 January Anyone that can see through the waddling lump up front would be a start

Rowett… the man that was sacked a few months ago by the team that just beat us… Hassenhuttl… the man we beat 9-0 and then he lost 9-0 again a little later. Everyone moaned that we signed players from that team and now you want the manager? **** me I’m glad some of you lot aren’t in charge 2
ChrisFilter Posted 25 January Posted 25 January I don’t mind who it is as long as they’re good at PowerPoint.
ronnup Posted 25 January Posted 25 January We're ****ing broke so itll be someone very shit or very random 1

Look at QPR, Bristol City, and Middlesbrough and who they’ve got. It is still possible to get a decent appointment even in the mess we are in if we look outside the box.

Nick Posted 25 January Posted 25 January Lee Carsley would be my preferred option but it’ll more likely be somebody not in work, so Gary Rowett or Kingy till the end of the season or Russell bloody Martin with perhaps Robbie Keane on the radar?

Im not to be taken lightly Jon 1
Ron Judkin Posted 25 January Posted 25 January 1 minute ago, Aleksz said: Give us some names then Jon I don’t pretend to know who would be a good pick, but it’s pretty ****ing obvious who wouldn’t be. Reality is we are getting no more then an interim manager if any common sense is applied here. That being said: No issues with Mowbry. Pearson seeing out the season would be a dream. That bloke that managed Blackburn whose name escapes me wouldn’t be too bad. Plenty of options abroad. Reality is it’ll be King until the end of the season because we simply cannot afford to risk let alone actually pay for another full time manager until the summer.

To add to this, personally I want a German manager. I was a big fan of Rohl, they all play high pressing, hard working football and take no prisoners when it comes to slackers.
Muzzy_no7 Posted 25 January Posted 25 January Wouldn’t surprise me if we are still searching and with Kingy in mid Feb. 1
Rubbersoul Posted 25 January Posted 25 January I’d love nothing more than for King to come in and be a revelation but it’s just not going to happen is it 1
foxy tiler Posted 25 January Posted 25 January Whilst im glad he's gone ive absolutely no faith in the board in getting the right person to manage us going forward. Need someone who can work with limited players and no transfer budget.....basically a miracle worker.... I await with bated breath. 1
Claudio Fannieri Posted 25 January Posted 25 January I wonder who will assist Kingy, will only have Andy Hughes wonder if we bring in a temp coach to support
