For what it's worth, I think we talked to Rowett.

We told Rowett we we're interviewing a few, including him.

We also interviewed ' X ', who was a main target.

'X' is dithering, taking too long to answer us.

I think we're probably talking seriously to Rowett again, following Blackburn moving on from him.

This is all pure guess work btw

X being Vitor Periera?

That's worked well for them this season

Taking millenia to appoint a manager after sacking a previous one has worked out so well for us too! Stinks of a lack of a contingency plan...

Much better than our approach tbf.

We do move incredibly slow and are a shambles of a football club but can't admire a club that has four managers in a single season

Yeah I guess it's better to just not have a manager.

What are you talking about? lol

No I think 3 separate compensation packages would've been ideal for us in our current financial plight

My guess is that it’ll be the biggest name affordable and willing to come who agrees to a sacking compensation payout spread over 5 years.

Aren't Dyche and Dudkin good mates? That's enough reason not to want him

Yeah I'm pretty sure I had read or watched something that referenced this but can't remember where.

Still don't think that Dyche comes here but defo have some sort of memory of you being right on that one.

Dyche said he was good friends with Rudkin in an interview with the BBC. That's the only way I can see this might happen—if Rudkin begs his mate to help us out for few months, and Dyche does it as a favour.

I think dyche is more possible than people think. He just seems to love football and has a point to prove. I think he will want to be back in a job as soon as possible.

Now that our situation is clear, I think he would be open to considering it. He was more than happy at burnley with very little room to maneuver, so I think for him a job like ours with the talent available would have lots of pro’s. I think what we discovered in the summer, is that we simply didn’t approach him

We had most of the summer to appoint Cooper and likewise Marti.

Cooper started June 20, season finished mid May....either way it was a poor decision

Don't want him, but that's a problem/opinion we don't have the luxury of.

I think they want King until the end of the season so we can offer it to Carrick

Could’ve had him and Woodgate in November

Notts Forest agree their new manager about 16 hours after sacking the last one.

We never prepare for a scenario where a manager might fail or not fit in.

100% Marti should have been sacked end of October/early Nov, then bring in Carrick and his people then.

Yet again, we're witnessing the failures of our ownership to act in time.

Suspect if Aiyawatt wasn’t at the Oxford game Marti wouldn’t have been sacked

He expected an easy win, hence everything organised for that game.

I want to cry. When the Bodgers debacle was unfolding it was genuinely realistic that we could have approached Unai Emery at the time.

Now I'd be genuinely pleased with  Dyche. Three years ago would have laughed at the suggestion as Dyche as completely regressive.

King Power out.

All gone to pot since the Chairman died and his club appointments and structure has slowly eroded.

And to make you feel better, Dyche is very unrealistic
