But for £24m of the kings, I expect more than just getting a dab on. I can accept effort if it’s Ian Hume, because he was shit and cost as much as a shit player would. Skipp is shit, but cost £24m….. so my empathy for him is somewhat lacking.

Oh 100% however the price tag isn't his fault. Skipp is a poor player but from the little I've seen of him, I wouldn't accuse him of not trying. I'm far more pissed off with the likes of Winks, Soumare and Faes, who if they actually tried, could be very good players at this level but they clearly can't be arsed and aren't putting any kind of shift in.

I think our fans do and have "backed the lads through the good times and the bad" however many draw the line at praising/supporting what is clear lack of effort from some of the players. We get out run and out fought every single game and that is just not acceptable. No issue with us winning, losing or drawing if everyone gives it their all and gives 100%. That cannot be said for many of our squad right now.

All true backing the team when the effort is there and we need just some luck and things will come good is a given  .... however I don't see much effort or desire in this team so they deserve all the criticism that comes their way .... only they can change that

Still beggars belief after how much money we’ve spent and continue to spend on wages we have no Striker on our books I fully trust

Just seen a video of Waghorn scoring in that Fortnite kids masters rip off, I’d genuinely rather have him up top now at his age than any of our current options

Looking forward to everyone singing for the first 15 minutes before something goes wrong and then all of a sudden the players are hounded again for the remaining 75 mins to damage any little confidence they have left.

I am certainly not saying that recent performances have been good by any stretch of the imagination, but the same people singing:

Leicester boys are we, Proud of our city, In the good times and the bad, We always back the lads, We won the Premier league.

are then not backing them and slaughtering them?

I know you pay your money so you can do/sing what you want but so do the rest of us who actually want to go and support the lads, even when they aren’t producing the goods.

And no, I’m not John Rudkin / Top.

Fine I'm sure you'll be there singing your heart out for the whole game and drowning out the boos and jeers?

The misinterpretation of “backing the lads” is exactly why the majority of our matchday fanbase are complicit in the demise of this football club.

I don’t understand why some supporters just can’t grasp criticism, and how it absolutely fine to criticise when it is warranted….

This is the worst Leicester team that I have seen in my time as a supporter…… technically we’ve had worse, but as many have eluded to, this is the worst in terms of attitude and all round characteristics….. the majority of this team has overseen two of the worst relegations in this clubs history, both pathetic within their own rights…….

The fact these same players are ambling around the pitch, not giving us anything still, is unacceptable….. it’s unacceptable at board level for signing them and offering them pathetic contracts, and it’s unacceptable from the players, for not having enough personal pride, or redeeming qualities to over come this.

It’s the most despicable group of players I’ve had the displeasure of watching, with the exception of a couple…..

I think the rot will continue, this team is presenting the same downbeat attitude as previously relegated teams, but they don’t look remotely bothered about trying to get out of it…. We’re done, and we will get relegated this season, and it will be another pathetic display which I’m sure some will clap off the pitch again. The majority are a disgrace to the shirt and a disgrace to the badge.

The warning signs are there, and we’ve failed to heed them time and time again……

You don't remember 'Hollowords' and that dreaded drop then?

This lot are miles worse than the Holloway lot and on considerably more money and cost considerably more in transfer fees.

This is worse than bad. Even clubs like Blackburn and Sheffield Wednesday - poorer teams on paper, probably worse situations off the pitch (***for now***) but at least their players actually try. Ours are a complete joke, the divide is bigger here than anywhere.

Serious question - if you aren’t enjoying watching the games (which is understandable given current performances) why bother going other than just to be angry?

I have this exact question to anyone that goes to the football to just sit there in silence like a potato. No cheers, no groans...just nothing.

Hume, Howard and Kisnorbo alone had more passion than this entire squad, with JJ the possible exception (who isn't even our player). I'd rather watch them.

@Diggler90 I looked round Saturday at fans like yourself clapping like seals after yet another disgusting lack of effort and I come to the realisation you're just as to blame as anyone. Rudkin, Top, Winks, Faes. All of them.

You are complicit. You probably clap the plane landing. You probably cry at the John Lewis Christmas advert.

Id say last one out turn off the lights, but it'll probably be you in your full kit and free donut.

God you make me angry.

Bang out of order this post!

I may or may not cry at the John Lewis adverts
