There are multiple reasons the first being it will achieve nothing because you have no clear plan or can articulate what success looks like. Second I make my own path in life and don’t simply follow. Third I have paid out 40000 for season tickets and have already invited clients to join us. Fourth I enjoy football even if it comes from the opposition. Fifth it’s an evening out that I enjoy even if it is just to abuse the overpaid lazy twats on the pitch. Sixth there is no other live football easy to get to that night. However those of you who want to boycott please proceed and the more the better the traffic after the game will be so much easier to depart.

I really hope your 40000 went straight to Harry winks bank for 3 days pay 😎

Anyone who has said they aren't boycotting, or dont agree with the boycott, what's your reasoning please? I've seen a few have already put reasons on like @Chelmofox and @Bourbon Fox but im genuinely interested to hear views of people that dont agree with the boycott.

Also anyone that has resold their ticket, you do understand that defeats the objective

I think the boycott is an effective protest but I take my lad and at 10 years old he’d be absolutely gutted to miss the game (even though he usually comes back gutted as we’ve been so bad.) He understands what’s happening and why there’ll be even more empty seats - and now knows what the word ‘boycott’ means too!

Now there is a worthy cause to boycott with demonstrations outside his home to drive him into a deep hole. That’s something I can support.

Bought tickets as a Christmas treat for my 9 year old, before the boycott talk :(

At least I can encourage him to abuse a happy clapper I suppose

How naughty was he last year?

My tickets won’t be being used.

Only going as stated in a previous thread as it’s a business meeting that’s been pencilled in way before the boycott motion.

The club will count every single season ticket used or unused. I’m also sure they’ll think the emptier seats will be because it’s Monday night and first day back at work/school for a lot of people.

I will get on the train with my grandson attend the match stay till the end then catch the train home like we have done all season and many more past seasons as support Lcfc and we love are home and away games  I am not boycotting a match to make anybody happy plus I have only missed 5 games in the last 20 years.

i don’t spend a penny in any stadium as I think it’s to expensive, we just love are days watching football

Fair enough you want to go to the game with your grandson, but can you hand on heart say you enjoy our games right now? Are you happy with the trajectory of the club and with the owner and board or have you just become apathetic towards it all?

Based on the poll above. My guesstimation is

1 in 6, will go. These, either don't believe in the boycott or need a wife get of jail card. So that makes roughly 5K. Give or take gifted tickets, day out, and fans that didn't get the memo. Maybe 3K.

Would you consider, anything less that 9K good?

The survey has not been set up incorrectly.

The third question is a conditional dependent upon the first two answers and should only be relevant to those people answer ‘yes’ to both questions.

But if you answer ‘No’ to both questions the survey should use skip logic so that the third question becomes void for those people who answer ‘no’ to the first two questions.

But instead, it demands that the ‘field is completed’. Consequently, the survey is meaningless.

Thank you OP for setting up such an effective survey. It's pleasing to see meaningful data about how many of our fans want to see the back of KP! Also pleasing to see how many will do something proactive about it.

Foxestalk will always produce a hard-line stance that will not be translated into what the everyday fan will do.

I've seen it too many times over the years - you get excited in the FT world that something is gaining traction but it usually barely makes a ripple outside these realms.

Sadly it's unlikely to be noticeable on Monday but that's not to say something couldn't be done to get publicity.

Sadly this is spot on, this appalling situation is like a car crash that you are powerless to prevent happening as you are just the passenger.

Frankly nothing can change what these useless articles are going to do to us, league one may be an unattainable dream soon.

Thanks for the heads up, I’ll look into that, and hopefully the guy who set up the survey will be the only other candidate, in which case, I’m sorted!  :)

I hear all those going to the game with their sons. But the other day I had a chat with my 13 year old and explained why I believe the boycott is important and the reasons for it.

You're a great example here to everyone. The two benefits of what you have done, not only are you committing to the boycott and adding your son to it, but you are also teaching your son an important life lesson on "looking at the bigger picture" and long-term planning. He will take these words from you and keep it close with him to use later in life when he becomes a young adult.

I think anything less than 10k would be very noticeable. Well likely end up with about 17k and the media won’t even notice it

if we managed 5k or something then the media would actually ask questions about it, it would be great. But I think this is likely to fall flat on its ass. Too many people won’t have even realised it’s happening

Not a chance it will be that low unfortunately.

Foxes Talk is not a cross section of the fanbase, it steers towards fans that like to apply more critical thinking towards the club.

Just look at the turnout for the Project Reset march vs the consensus on here and Twitter.

If you did a similar poll on Facebook (has anyone seen any?) then it would be over 90% saying that they will be attending. Then you've got people not on social media who probably will also still go.

If we assume that actual attendance is about 28k at the minute, then I suspect this protest will drop it to about 25k.

I think the Watford game true attendance had to be about 27k when you look at the empty blocks in the away end too.

I think we'd be on for less than that even without the boycott tomorrow. The ticket site looks like a league cup game against Fleetwood.

The crap kick off time and the cold weather will have a big effect on the attendance, be easy for the club to blame this and ignore the boycott.
