I don’t want to be salty but refs seems to be awfully quick to give England yellows, last w/end was a joke but today Pollock gets pinged straight from restart whilst IRE on the line & score but when England got their try IRE had 2 maybe 3 pens against them in a very similar position to Pollock yet didn’t even get spoken to 🤷‍♂️

If you are English don't bother looking at the Rugby if you are also a Leicester fan looking for cheering up

Have I touched a nerve. Not intended. I made the point simply because England were being lauded as possible champions but now look very average.

Have you seen the state of Welsh rugby recently lol

Well yes. I understand everyone knew this was going to be very tough. I saw the tv interviews with fans on how fed up they were. I think from an England point of view the England side was supposed to be up there but these last two results have exposed that not as good as they thought

I wouldn’t put to much emphasis on who’s better than who in the 6N

I don’t know what the hell has happened to England, we’ve been improving steadily for the last two to three years and genuinely we’re on the precipice of being World Cup contenders come 2027. But the last two weeks have been an utter disaster. Something in the system is broken. Ireland were great today but they’re still a declining force, that swatted us aside with ease. Italy next will be telling as they look as strong as they ever have.

On the train back from Cardiff.

Didn't enjoy that game 1 bit apart from the last 5 mins.

Wales gave us a real doing up front all game and their defence was brilliant.

Great home support, the national anthems were fantastic.

As much as I love Cardiff on rugby days, it's s different animal when it's pouring with rain.

That kick off try man. We've been conceding just ridiculous, amateurish tries like that for eighteen months or more now.

It's always the difference.

I'm obviously extremely happy with the progress but that was winnable and we should have seen that out. I said going in to the Six Nations that the gap between Scotland, Italy and Wales was a lot less than people were expecting and I feel justified in that.

Hope you enjoyed the day out in Cardiff. Wasn't there this year but the Scotland game is always special in the city. Cracking experience.

That penalty against Wales for turning the player over was an absolute joke, completely changed the momentum of the game

France to win the grand slam

and still Galthié is a failure, one last chance in 2027 to win the World Cup

if they don't win it he will be a failure considering the squad he had

Whilst all the talk is about 6 of the 7 backs being dropped for this 1 & therefore the backline being the issue, there’s a saying in Rugby that forwards win you games & quite frankly 6 of those 8 can think themselves bloody fortunate to be starting.
It’s only due to squad numbers there aren’t wholesale changes in the forwards also, Levels need to be up’d across the board.

I get no joy from seeing Wales doing badly in the six nations. A bit like the West Indies with cricket they were part of my sporting childhood. Although they have put up a decent fight this evening.

Least they seem to be more competitive in the last two games but obviously don’t want to be bottom for long .
