When you say "the behaviour you are exhibiting" are you referring to me personally or the KPFC crew?

The KPFC crew. Apologises poor turn of phrase

This is the level they think that … apparently we are due to make a profit!

I'll be having one hell of a scroll of this before the relegation is completely inevitable. It will numb the pain no end knowing it breaks these enemies.

The Rodgers appointment is the one thing I think he could possibly take any credit for - we sacked Puel and had him ready within days.

They really did think they had cracked it though. Give him the keys, we've done our bit.

I would argue, that in the longer term, appointing Brendan Rodgers was one of the worst decisions this Club has made.

(it wasn't obvious at the start, but after 4 and a half years, he had  well and truly laid the foundations for ruin, got us relegated - and the state we're in now)

We should’ve let him go to Arsenal when they came sniffing around him. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

He certainly should’ve gone after Warsaw away

But there wasn’t any hindsight. Someone got absolutely rinsed for trying to raise money for a plane banner saying ‘Rodgers Out’

They are continually on the wrong side of history, you’d think they’d learn but no.

Actiually Milan Mandric saved us and King Power under Vichai took us to the next level and greater things.

Got to just call this out as also incorrect.

The Lineker consortium and work done by the Foxes Trust saved the club. Mandaric took it, unconventionally with the relegation soon after the purchase, back to the place that it had the chance to prosper again.

But, yes, the notion that without KP we’d have not been in existence or not been promoted back to the Premier League is utter nonsense.

When?

Yeah I've looked at this post a couple of times now and I can't work out if it's sarcasm. If it isn't I'd be very interested to hear when!

It can't really be denied that he had a good first couple of seasons - although I think if you're being ultra critical there is a case to say we could have done even better, particularly with the way we fell off in both seasons, especially the first.

The new contract he got in November 2019, just eight months in was a sign of how small-time we were starting to act. As if he was bigger than us.

Not sacking him during 2021/22 was an error. Not sacking him in 2022/23 was a level of incompetence I've never witnessed, so none of what has followed has really come as that great a surprise to me - particularly given those who are responsible for these decisions are under no pressure ever, never held accountable. That nothing changed after the 2022/23 scandal was where I knew we were done beyond repair under this owner.

2022/23 was where my anger peaked. I can't even work myself up to get angry when the problem is so obvious to anybody with a brain.

The best football this club has ever seen in those first couple years, especially the 2nd year. We won like 8-9 PL games in a row....unheard of! But yes he was sacked far far too late.

We qualified for Europe via our league finish, and won a major trophy as well. I said at the time that we'd never do that again. It was an incredible first couple of years which I wouldn't swap. In the end he was sacked to late but, like with everything else, that's the owners fault.

What did happen to the banner anyway? Will it get used again....

Yeah it’s been kept out the way of the club. Wen’t home with one of the organisers.

Make another one and stick it in the hedge opposite the entrance to Seagrave

No I don’t. I just want Top to get rid of some of the useless people on the board who got us in this situation

**** me sideways. The same guy who was responsible fr the above has posted this in response to the news today

All I can say is let’s hope and pray 🙏 that these changes filter down to the players who are mostly responsible for our position in the league and they start earning their wages by winning matches and keeping clean sheets 🦊

Rodger’s is also widely credited with changing the recruitment model to go after ‘established’ players, and we know how that transpired. Also monumental failure of leadership from those above him who should have known better.
