Who's willing to camp outside Seagrave to find out what the hell is going on?

You could camp inside the brain of Rudkin and you’ve be no closer to having a clue.

That was decent when fit and who we sold for a profit.

Yes agreed he was decent and not a complete waster like some of that time !

He's got a job on his hands to get us to be any good defensively but surely it's possible with Nelson and Lascelles when he's back. I think i'd get Aluko in as a 3rd CB and play Fatawu as a wingback with Kristiansen the other side. Make it vulgar.

too much pressure on Fatawu and no product coming out the other side. We might not concede as many but  Double mark Fatawu all game  with this system and we will hardly score any goals

So assuming this is done, problem we now have (completely of the clubs own making) is that we have zero time left to re-learn the past mistakes of selection issues!

Gary, Callum, to be clear:

Luke Thomas, Jordan Ayew and for me Stolarczyk should not be starting games, under any circumstances (we have other better options in all their positions)

Okoli and Ricardo are prone to multiple errors. Only start these two, if there are no available better options at the time. You should consider Aluko to start ahead of Riccy, from the off. - I'll leave that one up to you guys! Okoli needs to be benched as soon as Lascelles is available, maybe even try Gray, but a combo of Nelson and Gray might lack the experience you require.

Please take this advice as gospel, and don't try to deviate. We haven't the time!

Kind regards

3-4-3 with Richards and Monga/Mavididi either side of Daka. Aluko as the RCB to provide even more support on occasion.

Again, and I'll repeat this...It's not that this is taking time from Percy's bomb, it's because we've wasted 3 and half weeks to get to this stage! That is the issue. 3 wasted games, 3 wasted opportunities to get Rowett to get his style into the players. Every day that it isn't officially announced is another day of uncertainty.

If he's taking training, excellent we can move on but this is too late, it should have e happened weeks ago, that is the reason for the fuss.

I'd be very surprised if he is taking training, most of Leicestershire knows someone that works at Seagrave, and there has been no word of yet.

So you'd have been delighted if he'd been appointed the day after Cifuentes was sacked?

I would've, yeah.

I'd bet good money you would have been on here complaining the board had panicked, and that there were far better options available.

It's obviously all conjecture now, but we probably would have taken at least 4 points from the Charlton and Southampton games, if we'd have had a firefighter like him in charge, straight after Marti  was sacked

No, I genuinely wouldn't. We are in a massive dogfight. I see Gary as a championship version of Sean Dyche (before anyone says it... no way we can attract Sean Dyche)

But whose going to fall over at the slightest touch and kill every attack and be out of position up front?

Ha yes! I meant it in terms of FoxesTalk time!  He doesn't deserve a Rowett Out thread an hour before his first match kicks off based on his first team selection.

The truth is, he is going to struggle for proper training time with the fixture congestion coming up.  I hope he makes perfect decisions from minute one, but the reality is, he may need to see things with his own eyes before learning the detail of the squad.  That might take 2 or 3 games at least (I hope I'm wrong).

Just picking up on the first part of this post, hopefully this time around the main manager thread will stay as the one when the new manager gets announced, or at least remains neutrally titled. This way, all debates can stay under one banner, and the ‘out’ threads don’t become the main topic of discussion about the manager.

I get that fully and agree, it's these other snide comments about the social posts I'm writing about.

Reading between the lines, I'm guessing it is done and it's just the announcement to happen.

Hopefully, him and Callum Davidson are on the training pitches, right now, taking their first session.

I fully expect photos from the club, this evening, with everything confirmed!

lol Will you ever learn?
