How many times has Kristiensen gone off when we're losing.

It's quite a bit.

I'm not sure it's coincidence, either. The going gets tough and he gets going.

He plainly doesn’t want to be here, he just wants the wage.

I didn’t see anything from that performance that gives me hope. We created a few more chances than we have been, but we failed to put any of them in.

Our defence will relegate us, it’s not competitive, we concede goals far, far too easily and we can’t score enough. Stoke are a shit stained toilet, and we couldn’t even put them away.

Our defensive problems are down to a lack of quality. The goalkeepers are all shit, All the fullbacks bar Aluko are shit, and all of the central defenders bar Lascelles are shit, but Lascelles has the knees of a 90 year old.

Doesn’t matter what Rowett tries, he won’t be able to improve that….

West Brom have only conceded four fewer goals and we’ve scored 14 more than them. Our goal difference is better than most of the other teams near the bottom.

Rowett has a strong track record of significantly improving defences in a short space of time. He had just three days with the squad before today. I’m not saying he’s going to perform miracles, but it seems a little early to dismiss any possibility of him improving our defence given that this has been a hallmark of practically every job he’s had.

Positivity will come with results and performances.
We need grit. If we put up a fight and win a few games, positivity will seep back into this fanbase & club. Yes I know it doesn’t take away from the mismanagement but I certainly think the mismanagement anger is amplified by results being awful, even if it’s down to a bit of luck (Thomas’s goal not going in for example).

Encouraging signs today, especially the 2nd half. Our defence will get us relegated, unless Rowatt works his magic. Our full backs allow too many crosses into our box and our centre halves are struggling to dealing with them. Once JJ is fit, I hope we go to 442 or 4411 so that we have 2 banks of 4 to stop these crosses coming in. I would also have Skipp at lb, because Thomas and VK are as bad as each other.

WHY!?!?!

This is just an insane opinion - I have no idea of the logic.

Skipp’s right footed by the way too!

Most  wingers these days cut inside mostly like Fatawu. So a right footed left back could work?

Enzo wanted him to stay but VK didnt want to be used as a CB

This bloke doesn’t want to do anything does he :frusty: I wish we could’ve off-loaded him sooner but, of course, he’s always injured.

Apologies if it's been mentioned before ...

but I thought one of the most pleasing aspects yesterday, was after they equalised near the end, instead of retreating into our shell and waiting for them to get the winner - we went straight back on the attack again.   And could have (should have) won it.

The 2nd half performance was excellent, I havent looked at the stats but if felt like we got to ball forward quicker, and more directly than we have in a longtime.

Some nice controlled possession but it had a purpose, rather than possession for possession sake, overlapping runs down the wing. I got a little bit of spark back yesterday.

Winks infuriates me because at times yesterday he was brilliant, great goal, I said to my mate why cant he be like that every week, why does he have to spend months being a dickhead to then play the 2nd half like that? Annoying celebration.

Tough game Tuesday, then other than Ipswich away we have to win 4 of the next 6

Won't find a bigger critic of Winks than me and I get what you're all saying about the celebration. But I think we'd be more pissed off if he had a frown on his face and jogged back to the halfway line. We need him to at least show that kind of passion until end of the season then he can still **** off.

Amazing support yesterday and I hope the players and other fanbases see it and realise this isn't an entitled fanbase who are pressurising their players by booing and getting on their back. It's a fanbase disgusted by players who don't care. Sick of this narrative some push that we got here because of the title win.

Exactly. If he’d refused to celebrate, people would be slagging him about that. Instead he celebrated with enthusiasm and…people are slagging him about that. Maybe we should form a committee to determine the exact kind of celebration we deem appropriate for Winks and convey it to him via the club?

I’d rather him not play at all, after choosing to not play for the club.

When it suits him, he’s on board, when it doesn’t he skulks around sulking……. Not having it at all.
