I'm not particularly confident we'll get a result. Maybe a draw which isn't quite good enough. But that's the best team to do something anyway.

If it was the start of the season and you hadn't seen them play all season you would say that was a good team. 

 

Not convinced the double pivot has ever really worked for us but bit late in the day to make any radical changes every game is important now. 

 

Thomas is shite but Victor is worse. 

Okoli is a bomb scare so is nelson. 

Ricardo is past it. 

Defence is such a mess. 

 

Will thoroughly enjoy not having to endure Ayew slowing every attack down

Nelson has done more good than harm this season.  Rowett’s an experienced manager. He’ll know he’s a young lad in his first full season with us so it will be ok to take him out of the limelight and let him get back to where he was.

 

 

theres also every chance that Lascelles still might not last the full 90 anyway..
