I've been dreading this seemingly inevitable appointment for years, but if he comes I'll get behind him.

 

Managers who are wanted are often shit and the ones people have initially rejected sometimes go on to be great. Obviously lots who we thought would be shit turned out to be shit (especially recently).

 

Fingers crossed all my instincts are wrong and he turns out ok.
