I was convinced Aluko was ahead of him, but having seen him yesterday, he looks very assured.

 

Safe to say right back position looks sorted if both of these two stay, and stay fit 🤞🏻

I think JJ is a bit more of a polish all round, Aluko has the edge of pace and power.

 

Think they they will be swapping over all season.

 

Shame one isn't left footed.

Aluko looked like he was trying desperately to impress soon as he came on. Joseph looked really composed throughout the game, clearly being coached to tuck into the centre of midfield at times. Played a couple of passes that didn’t come off but at least he was trying to move the ball forward. Thought he and Braybrooke were easily our two best players. Fingers crossed we start season well enough and persuade them to sign new deals.

Just need to sort the LB position as Thomas is a real liability.

Show what a good loan can do like Braybrooke he has benefited from playing lot of games in League 2.

 

Think we miss a trick not get Aluko out on loan last season.

 

Joseph played 35 games for Tranmere getting in 2321 minutes of senior football.

 

Aluko only got 10 games here player 337 minutes.

The situation we're in now, our best and brightest talents are in a shark pool and will get snaffled by richer, higher profile clubs because of the depths we've fallen to.

Coulibaly a RB and isn’t getting in ahead of Joseph or Aluko so not sure its a big deal.
