Also his passing is terrible, he can't make a decision quickly but also he rarely passes to the left back as he can't use his right foot. Out muscled in the middle and Oxford are better at playing around the back quickly. 2

Poor full backs with extremely poor positional sense do not ever make good centre backs its a simple law of football. 1
