Need to build some momentum. Next 3 are all against teams below us, somehow.

I’d keep the back 3, seems to suit our CB’s better who aren’t good enough for a back 4. Although would swap O’Hora for Kangasniemi, and Thomas for Aluko switching Alves to LWB.

                     McCarthy

         Okoli  -  Souttar  -  Kanga

Aluko - Lundstram - Page  -  Alves

             Chaplin    -    Doyle

                            Riis

Possibly Howell instead of Chappers? Fitness dependent.

Need to build some momentum so lets change a fair portion of the side?

Why drop Braybrook - he was excellent?

Because he had a half solid game today at RB/RCB and Aluko is too lightweight.

Oh and JJ is injured.

Who else should it be then?

He was absolutely awful today and has been since he arrived.

So who should play RB or RCB then?

It depends if we are essentially writing Aluko off as not good enough and having no future here.

If so, then yes, there aren’t really any other options. It would also mean it is a waste of time having him on the bench and he should be removed from the squad and transfer listed.

If that’s not what we are saying, he needs to get some minutes under his belt and some

confidence. He’s barely had any senior appearances and started the season as back up to Joseph that can’t have been easy for him. But if he can’t be trusted now, when would he ever be?

Must've watched a different game, then.

He was solid, made a few mistakes, but worked well alongside Souttar and Aluko, who both mopped up pretty much everything Doncaster threw at us.

This leagues wild

if we win our next game, ie 2 wins in a row, that could make us potentially the 3rd or 2nd most inform team in the league :D

only 2 teams have won their last 2 games in a row in Stockport and Cambridge

Stockport being the only side in the league to have won their last 3 games in a row

Welcome to L1/L2. Somebody will probably start to put their foot down now, but you'll also see somebody completely fade away after Christmas. And likely somebody come from nowhere for the playoffs or even automatic

I dont trust Russell Martin.

Confidence will go to his head and revert back to the original plan. Think he will treat this as a free hit for that.
