Ric Flair Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Is it me or does Danny Cadamarteri look like Levi Porter in my signature? Disturbing.
hebangsthedrums Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Are you banging the drum for Cadamarteri? i think i am. you must like flair players though eh ric?
breadandcheese Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 What poor news to hear near Christmas. If this is serious and not just a little Christmas charity to the Cadamateri family, I am p*ssed that we would even consider signing such a player. Now I know the loan deadline and transfer deadline has passed, leaving only the free agents, but to have him on trial, suggests they would offer him a contract. If they can afford to offer Cadamateri a contract, why could they not afford to get somebody decent in on loan, just before the loan deadline shut last week (or whenever it was)? I would rather have two Elvis Hammond's upfront than Danny Cadamateri
harpendenfox Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 I see from the stats that the boy has only scored 8 goals in the current century. That new scout is obviously very good then
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Is it me or does Danny Cadamarteri look like Levi Porter in my signature? Disturbing. I dunno , but here he is with a spider on his head.

Milky Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 That new scout is obviously very good then it must be the Everton connection
The People's Hero Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 it must be the Everton connection Not so much scouting as going through his mobile then.
Mort Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 it must be the Everton connection And there was me thinking we'd get Beatie
Ric Flair Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Danny Cadamarteri left Bradford City in the days when it looked like the club had played it's last ever game. But despite that fact that we were a sinking ship - making Cadamarteri the rats - the Bradford born striker is well remembered at Valley Parade. His lack of faith is disturbing but his play has a class which is not often seen outside the Premiership. A fully fit Danny Cadamarteri is a powerful force. The trouble is we never have had a fully fit Danny Cadamarteri. Ever since his opening salvos for Everton Cadders has been liable to spend as much time on the treatment table as he does on the field. Perhaps it was wishful thinking that saw Nicky Law ignore that when he signed the famously glass footballer. Watching Cadamarteri put Gillingham to the sword on his debut it was not hard to see why he was recruited. But too often good displays gave way to injury and the truth of the matter is that in a City team that was full of inconsistent performers Cadamarteri was one of the worst. Cadamarteri left in administration and rightly so. He belongs at a club that can afford strikers to use sparingly and not a team like City as we build a team based on solid performers. Cadamarteri lasted a few months at Leeds United after calling manager Kevin Blackwell "Not a proper manager" and telling him to "**** off" which probably explains why he remained well thought of at Valley Parade. From Leeds he joined Sheffield United for £50,000 but was injured more often than not and was transfer listed and freed in the summer to rejoin Colin Todd at Bradford City. Danny Cadamarteri: Great footballer but not great at being a footballer but the sort of guy you'd want in your team more often. Lee Morris anyone?

I'm sorry but he should be signed up for that alone!!!

GianEmmo Zola Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Give the guy a chance, he may do alright for us, u never no
Master Fox Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Give the guy a chance, he may do alright for us, u never no I think we're pretty fed up of given people chances. They usually always **** it up at our club
lookwhaticando Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Oh dear god what the hell is going on? It's like watching a car crash. I don't know much about the lad, but having read the last 4 and a bit pages, I can't say I want to know any more about him - not in a city shirt anyway.
Joe. Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 It's just not justifiable is it? OK if the trial doesn't work out then fair enough but why take on a crap player? It makes no sense. Well done Rob... How do you know this anyway? Not on the OS or SS
dandannieldanok Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 It's just not justifiable is it? OK if the trial doesn't work out then fair enough but why take on a crap player? It makes no sense. Well done Rob... How do you know this anyway? Not on the OS or SS I wondered that, nothin in the mercury or on bbc either
coale39 Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 Rob kelly is a joke that really isn't funny anymore. FFS i bet there has to be better free agents then that tw*t. Whos the main scout for the club? How do they earn there wages? Shocking.
surrifox Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 he reminds me a bit of Dean Sturridge . If he were just half as good .... he'd still be crap and injury prone
Fox in a Box Posted 8 December 2006 Posted 8 December 2006 OHH dear me, Fodder.... People got rid of micky Adams for his revolving door policy, bring back keown why were at it.

Well done Rob... How do you know this anyway? Not on the OS or SS The OS is always about a day behind the news... In any case it doesnt look good on us that we've already set this up but he's still buggering off to Grays first for a trial? Another 'inspirational' signing by Rob Kelly
