I can remember the gist of it-yes not everything in depth e.g. her name or the name of the technique but I read for meaning not for all exact details-if I need to do that then yes I'll slow down but very rarely do I really have to do that. It's annoying reading the same page as someone as I'll have finished before they even get to the second paragraph!
