On the basis we are over a hundred ahead with 3 wickets in hand and 5 sessions to go we should have more confidence in the boys to bat another hour and take them on. Van Beek, Green and the final two can all bat.

As a bit of an onlooker what the **** has happened? We seem to have been crap for years. Now every time I look we have our boot on the oppositions throat. It’s absolutely marvellous.

A draw would be frustrating given where we were yesterday afternoon, but far from a disaster- just looking at the other scores and we're the side in the best position to try and force a result today across both divisions.

 

Hopefully the pitch does a bit more in the morning as it did yesterday, but we will likely be extending our lead with maximum bonus points either way.
