As a bit of an onlooker what the **** has happened? We seem to have been crap for years. Now every time I look we have our boot on the oppositions throat. It’s absolutely marvellous.

Yes playing great cricket just a shame the lack of interest at the ground. I was there Sunday lovely  day 1st v 3rd crowd was around 200 and a few of them were Leicester fans who are using a Notts membership to attend matches

That's disappointing we should really be getting behind them.

It's definitely raising my spirits after the debacle of our season

A draw would be frustrating given where we were yesterday afternoon, but far from a disaster- just looking at the other scores and we're the side in the best position to try and force a result today across both divisions.

Hopefully the pitch does a bit more in the morning as it did yesterday, but we will likely be extending our lead with maximum bonus points either way.

If we can squeeze out a win then the gap will be gigantic at this stage.

Seems like Derbyshire have let it slip yesterday too. If Gloucs can get another quick 150, they might fancy their chances bowling last.

Yeah Derbyshire were well on top- really would create a huge gap if we could get the win today.

I'm not sure we could have asked for better conditions for the seamers this morning...

Glamorgan aren't going anywhere run wise. Very tight so far.

If no-one wins today we retain a sizeable gap to 3rd and 4th and it's another game done and only 6 to go. Also with maximum points.

Just get one and it might bring a few. Any word on whether Tribe is available to bat?

We've got the added disadvantage of the draw being all Glamorgan have to play for- Gloucs might take a few more risks in setting Derbyshire a total.

Tbf this was the sort of wicket we wanted pre game. A draw always suited us more than them but got our hopes up after the first innings we might extend our league lead a lot more.

Reckon Gloucester might decide a draw is ok for them rather than risk losing - would put derbys 2 results beyond them in the table rather than 1. Glam defo happy with a draw as you say.

Brave call

maybe they can see something in a wearing wicket ??? (Though no evidence based on their 2nd innings )

and derbys have started fast

Course they have lol I reckon they can chase it down comfortably. Pretty much knocks Gloucs out of the promotion running but I want the title.

With Jewell opening the batting it looked a fairly low total to set them

4.55 an over required. Gifted to them on a plate, and we get Glamorgan fighting tooth and nail for a draw. Typical lol
