Hard to argue! The middle order batsman aka turner, cox Kelly are doing their jobs the openers and bowlers absolutely fuching dreadful.

They must have a plan although it’s difficult to see what it could be, there is no variation in the bowling, no mixing up pace, Yorkers etc why they keep Hull in the side is mind boggling

Not to be too sympathetic to the coaching team but this is the first ‘crisis period’ we’ve had under them. It’ll be interesting to see what happens next. As others have said tho, dropping Budinger was absolutely insane.

Whatever the plan is they are failing to execute it with the ball. The commentators were just bemused about how poor we were throughout. If the aussie didn't play it would have been even more embarrassing.

True, they have credit in the bank. Limited options to change things up as well with such a small squad.

Truly awful performance & we seem to be going backwards at a rate of knots.

 

The whole thing when bowling seems to be done to a set plan that cannot be changed & the captain seems unable to think on his feet. After the carnage of the first few overs last night, Turner & to a lesser extent Trevaskis, got some control & curbed the scoring rate, only to be taken off to be replaced by the awful Mike, who must be one of the worst professional bowlers. Hence at the end of the innings the spinners had 3 unbowled overs. Barmy.

There are many issues but we are not helped by losing Rehan to be the IPL waterboy.

 

No disrespect to Rehan at all by the way, it is just frustrating seeing that talent doing nothing out there whilst he could definitely do something for us!

Sad fact is that while Rehan  retains a central contract he's not really a Foxes player..He can't even train with the club without permission from.The ECB

Captain Ben Green when you’re keeping them at less than 6 an over but you still need to bring Ben Mike on to complete the overs…
