The annoying thing for me tonight, is after the power play your likes of Surrey have that seen off with 5 overs to spare. Going along with the run rate nearly killed us off.

radio commentary said that it was precautionary, so hoping he's fine.

If an incident like that doesn't buck up our fielding and communication, nothing will.

Feels like it's been an accident waiting to happen this tournament.

Can't believe we nearly blown that and with 2 Batsmen with the experience of Kelly and Turner aswell! Have to admit I switched the stream off in discussed after the Trevaskis wicket! We were effectively 9 down but I do wonder if Budinger would've limped out to the crease. Hope he's ok btw.🤞 🙏

As others have alluded to eskinazi is far from a poor player, but this experiment of him opening is clearly not the one and needs binning off sooner rather than later. If budinger is playing he needs to be batting during the PP…

He always opened in the T20 for Middlesex and had a decent average run rate. Don't know why it's gone so wrong with us.

Wonder if he's getting told to be the anchor while Budinger (or Mike) and Patel have licence to hit out.

Looks like there's a place for Ben Mike high up.the order (depending on Sol's health, perhaps as opener). Without his early impetus and runs we would have lost that.

Kelly needs to buck his ideas up, and fast; I don't know if Ajaz Patel is/could be contracted for T20, but I would rather have him in the side at the moment, than Kelly. There's Tattersall if we need somebody to amble along at (less than) a run a ball; an overseas batter should be taking more responsibility.

Bit worried about Ben Green's T20 batting and bowling and I hope this win gives him confidence.

Kelly played well tonight I thought.

He's obviously done well in the 4 day, but even there he's been guilty at times of not being able to put his foot on the gas. All in all, it looks like the team simply doesn't have that X factor, particularly with no Rehan, in all formats not just for the CC

Not all counties can pull it together all years in both red and white ball stuff.

Our squad is small and we can’t carry too many red or white ball only players like others can.

Seriously though we do have a half decent record but we've also took some hidings there over the years. I'd say it's about 50/50

Commentator said last night that they have only ever lost 10 games (now 11) in the blast at home and 3 (now 4) of them have been against Leicester.

They did but 10 minutes later they said sorry that was completely wrong information.

Yeah the idea that Lancs have only lost 10 home games over 23 years is silly, especially when we’ve probably beaten them that many times at Old Trafford.

The best one was when Abdul Razzaq kept hitting them into the building site. Think we needed 64 from the last 4 overs and did it with balls to spare 😂😂

The two Lancs women (think one was Kate Cross) were very good on comms, initially I was like wtf when one was calling us ‘Leicestershire Tigers’ but had the backbone to take the mickey out of herself for getting it wrong.

They clarified it was still only 11 losses in nearly 10 years. Not sure if it counts the one at Scarborough where a six was needed and hit off the last ball, or was that a 50 over.

Scheduling is ridiculous. Cram 6 rounds of 4 day games in when the weather was unusually dry, so the players had hardly any breaks. One 20 over game last night and now a whole week before another one.

They had a full week off in the middle of that schedule. Even the best scheduler cannot predict droughts.
