Apparently they(Leicester) knew about the decision last night but only decided to release the statement today.

Still selling tickets.. imagine a few wouldn't have gone if they knew they and still purchased. Saying that. I'm still going 😂

To be fair to the club, they released it before the ECB did. Might get a points deduction for breaking an embargo!

Did they even go a summer without test cricket after the sanctions were put in place?

No, they didn't. And they didn't get a points deduction either.

Great stuff, so essentially because they binned a few folk off they didn't have to front up to it.

Yes, pretty much.

From the pictures looks like a great crowd in today despite the massive disappointment of the points deduction. That's something at least, plus the fact we've played well these last few games. Although we lose players to the Hundred for the 50 over competition I hope the likes of Welch, Hill, Patel and Kimber can build on their recent form

And one of the main people whom fostered the culture is refusing to co-operate or meet with the ECB

What racist views are they?

The one he tweeted in 2010

Take your word for that but you are aware he won an unfair dismissal case against Yorkshire.Didn't Rafiq make racist comments on twitter?

He won an unfair dismissal case because Yorkshire didn’t follow the correct employment law procedures in the same manner Dennis Wise successfully sued Leicester City after giving a team mate a broken jaw.

Rafiq Twitter comments are a separate issue as to whether Yorkshire CCC fostered a racist culture within their club.

Gale was also the captain which Rafiq has consistently singled out in interviews as the ringleader of racist comments.

Back to the cricket. We're going to win this, and it's going to make things feel worse. Whatever the rights and wrongs of the whole episode I'm just massively disappointed at this turn of events.

Is there any right of appeal. May be a way in if its unprecedented

Worth a lawyer having a look.

Good lawyer got our company out of some messes so it's worth a look.

The statement says we have no right of an appeal.

We’ve been absolutely phenomenal the last 5 games as well. So annoying.

Thumped Yorkshire twice. Deserved to go through.

Lads have been great in the last two weeks.

Imagine battering Yorkshire home and away, but they go through because they have a better disciplinary record. Insanity.

Well played though lads.
