Ali Farooq of Leicestershire also in the world cup squad.

He didn't play today, does anyone know if he's a batsmen or bowler?

Very much a tweaker, who took back-to-back five fors for the 2nd XI in June

Watching those bowlers for the U19's today, there certainly is a lot of promise there. They actually are able to bowl at the stumps!

Farhan definitely plays for England whe still a teenager. He's looked the part since his pro debut at Grace Road aged 17 and hasn't looked back.

God knows what he and Rehan had bred into thek but I've never seen two young spinners who are so unflappable. Just glad we managed to poach at least one of them!

I think Mulder may have lost interest towards the end but agree when he was good he was very good.

However I think our overseas have been a trade up since. Van Beek was surprisingly good, a better wicket taker and seemed a solid enthusiastic influence. Maharaj will be a different gravy.

Don’t like either Henderson or Thomas, I’ve met them both numerous times, however they are doing an excellent job, so credit to them both.

I've always found Henderson a nice guy always used to give me one of his shirts at the end of the season.

If it's cash only will they take pounds sterling? Approx £8.70.

Spent all my Euros in Italy at the back end of last year.

Such a shame for LVB this morning. Got a first baller with the bat and then with Pakistan 119/7 needing 29 runs from 12 balls to win in the T20 World Cup opener, he bowls a series of in-the-slot pies that their no.8 tucks into for 24 runs. Second ball was dropped by O'Dowd at long-off. Pakistan close it out next over. Ouch.

Yet again again Van Meekeran  was outstanding shame we missed out on him a couple of years ago
