This is my favourite thread on FT.

 

Sometimes people just talk nonsense, sometimes they are going through real agony, sometimes we get to celebrate, sometimes we support one another.

Dad had the rattle and his breathing was awful yesterday dinner time. The nurses didn't bother turning him either as we all thought that was it.

Now he's snoring as normal

i know exactly what you mean.poor old Stu is really going through hell and rightly gets out support and FT love, the next I'm crowing about a car or how many rats I shot. Bizarre but interesting.

Thanks. Brother made it at midday and dads improved slightly. Just arrived at LOROS. why they're not government funded I'll never know. Hes tired and weak made worse by the fact hes not eatongt or drinking yet. But mums coming home tonight anyway which says quite a lot. I know I will but I never want to experience this morning again

 

My Mum works at Loros, she may even be looking after him.
