It's going around pal. My nephew has it, as does my cousins daughter and a workmates son has it too.

My daughter has had it for over a week now. Comes and goes when it wants. She just can't seem to shake it off.

I think I missed the Xmas lunch they put on. Did you go Matt? You said you were up for a free meal.

Not being funny as it was open to all.

Now, that's the true spirit of Xmas.

Went down to the electric goods shop to get a new wireless adaptor to replace the one I just karated across the room, fortunately each year the Belgian govt gives you some eco-cheques sometime in spring as a surplus to your pay and I hadn't touched any of mine yet so  I now have a new adaptor and a new 16gb ipod nano to replace the 8gb one I must've had for nearly 10 years now.  Kind of a win though I'd rather not have had to go out in the rain and sit in traffic jams today.

I completely forgot about it actually. The people who run this joint are seriously good people though to make such an effort even on Christmas day.

Although they need to get these posters up in shelters and on the street really, no point sharing them around the internet if they want the genuine homeless in serious need to see them.

I got that from the DNO page so they may have been sent it. I am sure they would have contacted Shelter and the shelters. If it was allowed I would put them on lampposts around the City centre.

Even more so given no one really wants to put themselves through the smell of urine on a Xmas morning. I did once after a all day session in town on Christmas, we were that hammered I was tipping WKD bottles over my head naked, my mate was sick on a table next to us, problem was a family of four were eating on it. That was in the old market bar that used to be underneath Lloyds, they barred us for life and called the police.

A very Merry Christmas that was, I didn't get out of bed until 6pm on Christmas Day, totally ruined the best dinner of the year.

Do it, fight the oppressors.

That sounds a lot like my twenty-first birthday celebrations, Matt; there are three days completely missing from my memory.

What's the eligibility for being 'homeless'.

Do I have to wear muddy trainers and jacket with holes in it?

You're trying to be homeless, not a farmer.

You just to have no fixed abode. It could be staying at a friends house sleeping on a sofa and also even sleeping in your car if for some reason your missus threw you out or you lost your house. You could be in a hostel and sometimes temporary accommodation. So in actual fact you could be employed and homeless. Rough sleepers are different. If they are unemployed they cannot get a job because they do not have a permanent address and will find it difficult to find accommodation because .they have no job and the stigma attached to it. Those determined enough however will turn things around. They cannot be helped unless they are willing to help themselves.

That guy at work who says random things. did it again today.

Him: so I heard Mahrez and Williams had a fight on saturday

Me: it wasn't really a fight, Williams followed him after the match to the team bus but didn't get in.

Him: Yeah but I heard they had a fight

Me: not really, it's just the media blowing everything out of proportion.

Him: oh okay

conversations with him are so :revenge:  :revenge:  :revenge:

There's guy at work and I'm just trying make conversation yet he's always so dismissive. I know he likes football so I try and make an effort but he's not having any of it, dickhead.

He's pulled a blinder today.

In the office all day. He's been in since 9am, sitting at the same desk.

Then at 3pm, he goes 'this chair's too high'.

So for 6 hours he's suffered but didn't say anything lol
