I actually took a nap just after this, cooked a roast beef dinner and feel much better now. 7pm here now and just relaxed

Best thing you can do, is take out your pain on a dinner deer.

 

In the meantime, here is a BLT and bottle of water. I'd send down some toilet rolls but i used them all up and have limited supply. Spent too much time on the hot women on tele thread....no shizer stuff...but...my bad......

I'm coming out now Jatt ...  thanks for the concern ...  it stinks down there, I've lost 2 stone and feel a bit weak but at least the pain has subsided ...  I'm focusing now on the summer rebuild ! ..
