Call me sad if you like... :(

But every year I keep a spreadsheet on City's results etc. and leave in last years results in grey. This makes for depressing reading!!!

Geek! :P It's uncanny and it must be very frustrating for MM to see that he is having no impact on the playing side.

It's strange that after all the calling of the previous board (amateurish, incompetent etc) that they managed to achieve the same results for a fraction of the money.

Ollie will sort it. We have the right man in charge.

You may be proved right - but I've seen no evidence of it since the Cardiff match.

As for Mandaric I wish him well because he has control of our club, but I've rarely been impressed.

Shows how far we've come under Mandaric!

I think it was Martin Allen that ruined it. The signings he made were shocking; ie. Nielson Kaebi Hellings Kishishev Newton etc

Funny how one of them has only been consistently playing. You cant blame them for us being crap lol

Great, we're on track for 16th

I'm just optimistic, if not clinging on to January transfers as was it Sunderland who were 20th at Xmas and went up?

Not sure whether it was Sunderland or not but someone told me someone did last year anyway.

To be honest neither have I, but I just have a real feeling he'll do well for us.

Not in this league. Although both Sunderland and Derby were somewhere around mid-table at Christmas.

That's still some way above where we're likely to be.

Wake up and smell the coffee, folks. We're in yet ANOTHER relegation battle and unless Holloway can sort things out, we're likely to stay there!

I agree although people need to relax and realize that we will do fook all this season apart from get things right for next season.

Quite convinced Allen didnt have much to do with signing many of them , as far as i know only the last 2 were down to him

Would rather have seen a pie chart !!

Would give us all something to chew on. :P

It goes up to 100 points? Now that's optimism! :P

I started these when we were under MON. Hence the "Championship" edition had to include our season under Micky (we got 96-odd points...) and I'm ever hopeful we'll get to them dizzying heights again!! :(

He had final say. Milan said do you want this layer he said yes or no.

If Allen didn't want players he should of either a) suggested some alternatives or b) told Mandaric that he didn't want them. We had a thin squad last season and we let players go over the summer too. The simple fact is that under Allen we didn't strengthen the team in the areas we needed to improve in. He bought players who were too similar to what we already had (Chambers, Campbell, Clemence, Kishishev, Nielsen) and failed to bring in a quality targetman, left back, creative midfielder, right and left wingers which were the areas we desperately needed to improve in.

We bought a load of crap in the summer and we are paying for it now. I have no doubt that Mandarics heart is in the right place and that he will back his managers financially. However, it is painfully obvious now that Allen was a huge mistake and Mandarics poor judgement is ultimately the reason why we are struggling this season.
