Koke Posted 19 December 2007 Author Posted 19 December 2007 He's been bailed out it seems. Rape is a serious allegation and shouldn't be taken lightly, but after the incidents with Cristiano Ronaldo and Robin van Persie, something at the back of my mind says this is all bluff.
Jay Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Kolo Toure, £150,000. Unbelivable.People wonder why he doesn't sign English players, not a suprise when you have to pay 7-8 million pounds for players that aren't as talented as some of the ones you could get for less than half that if you looked around Europe. isn't this part of the "all a bit shady" side to Arsenal, played for Beveren along with Eboue who Arsenal loaned the money to and a graduate from the acadamy that Wenger owns shares in? who then sell players on the cheap to "sister clubs" in Europe to gain work permits before moving them on?
Staf Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 It was Van Persie last time accused wasn't it?Rape isn't a laughing matter, but the banter when he went to away games was funny...songs such as ''Van-per-sie...when a girl says no...molest her!'' To the tune of Craig david - Rewind Jonny Evans it is then It is a load of rubbish the woman only do this to get a bit of fame
Koke Posted 19 December 2007 Author Posted 19 December 2007 It is a load of rubbish the woman only do this to get a bit of fame Mate, we should all be neutral on this until he is charged or released without charge. Rape is a serious matter and this could be true despite the false accusations towards Ronaldo and van Persie in the past.

Rape is a serious matter and this could be true despite the false accusations towards Ronaldo and van Persie in the past. Aye, you right. It would help some if the accused's identity was kept secret - that or in the event of false accusation, the accuser was named. Let's face it, even if u didn't do it, it's a stigma for life cos some people will always think, "well, maybe..."
Matt Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Innocent Till Proven Guilty is what I kept saying sticking up for our players when they were accused of it in La Manga, So i'll stand by the statement with this one aswell. It will always be viewed as "another gold digging slag" which if this girl is telling the truth is a sad view to jump to conclusions with, but it's happened so many times in the past that's what people immediately think, but if she is telling the truth it will be proven.
sdb Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I actually think Arsene is the only person that can do that.Viera/fabregas came for next to nothing. The only player he has ever got wrong was selling David Bentley hmmm i think franny jeffers was a tad overrated by Arsene. But yeh it is amazing the players he finds. Personally i think Bentley needed to move and Mark Hughes has turned him into a brilliant player.

If Johnny Evans is innocent the I feel for the lad. There have been too many incidents as such, not only to multi millionaire footballers, but also to random lads like you and I. And if there ever is a genuine incident, it's getting far less likely to be taken seriously.
DB11 Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Bet they've already made loads of money by selling their story. They should be made to pay a lot of compensation when it is found to be a load of crap.

Alexikokopops Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 what a surprise that ferdinand was the "organiser" of the party whenever there's this sort of stuff flying about that degenerate twat is never far away Ferdinand organised the party so there was bound to be rape! Of course!
surrifox Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 Ferdinand organised the party so there was bound to be rape!Of course! who mentioned rape.? This "party" required an entrance fee of £5000 - quite a sum even for all the bacardi breezers you can drink - I wonder what else was on offer or expected
Tommy G Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 what a surprise that ferdinand was the "organiser" of the party whenever there's this sort of stuff flying about that degenerate twat is never far away £5000 to get in, now I hope it was some party! Doubt you would see the cultured pro's of Scholes and Giggs attending. Perhaps this rape thing is a massive joke, maybe it's one of Rio's wind ups again, Jonny Evans has got Merked!
hairy Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 Doubt you would see the cultured pro's of Scholes and Giggs attending. They were there. The photos of them arriving were on the BBC site.
Tommy G Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 They were there. The photos of them arriving were on the BBC site. Didnt expect to see that. thought they would have more sense than to go to Rio's swingers party
Manwell Pablo Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 Didnt expect to see that. thought they would have more sense than to go to Rio's swingers party .... Jumping to conclusions sligtly! I thought it was an Xmas party.
Tommy G Posted 21 December 2007 Posted 21 December 2007 .... Jumping to conclusions sligtly! I thought it was an Xmas party. With Rio involved anything could happen! Im liking his style though, about 20 squad players, and he invited over 100 girls, most of them models and promo girls. No WAGS allowed, must have been heaven. I reckon even Luke Chadwick could have got in on the action if he was still there......
Simi Posted 21 December 2007 Posted 21 December 2007 This was released before the party... It's enough to make the Wags rock back on their designer heels...Manchester United star Rio Ferdinand is collecting £4,000 from EACH player to organise the lads' Christmas party and rounding up 100 "gorgeous females" to keep them company on their drinking, lapdancing and gambling blow out. Wives and girlfriends are strictly not invited. The 25 players, who earn tens of thousands a week, have recruited several trusted girls to hand-pick the beauties to invite to a finale in private surroundings. Striker Wayne Rooney's fiancee Coleen McLouglin and the others will be out of sight and can only guess what is going on. Boss Sir Alex Ferguson is believed to have given a reluctant blessing to the knees-up. But he has privately warned them not to get into any trouble as he is also barred from attending to make sure the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo keep on the straight and narrow. Twenty-five players have already chipped in a total of £100,000 for the event. A United insider said: "The party is for players and invited guests only, strictly no wives, girlfriends or management. "The lads are employing someone to handpick females to attend. "There are strict instructions that only the best-looking girls in Manchester are to be invited. "Guests will not be permitted to take mobile phones into the party venue. A team of at least eight security men have been employed to ensure that the rule is adhered to and that the night runs smoothly and without any unwanted guests." It is believed Ferdinand is masterminding the party, set for Monday, December 17. The team do not play again until the following Sunday, when they take on Everton at home. The Old Trafford source said: "The lads are so high profile they need to enjoy themselves in relatively private surroundings. "They had such a good time at last year's party they decided on something similar this year. The day chosen gives them a week to get ready for their next game." The festivities will kick off at 12.30pm after they finish training. First stop will be their favourite bar the Living Room, a celebrity haunt in central Manchester. Next is believed to be a trip to the city's plush new 235 Casino, which they hope to have closed to the public for three hours. After splashing the cash at the roulette and poker tables the players then plan to head to Boutique, a nude lapdancing club worked by beautiful girls. To finish off, the lads will head to an exclusive hotel, the Great John Street opposite Granada TV. They have booked it for the entire night from 8pm. It has has 30 suites, a lounge and cocktail bar plus a rooftop garden with a hot tub that overlooks the city and the Coronation Street set. The team booked it last year and ended up forking out for damage to light fittings and ornaments. But hotel bosses were not too concerned. A spokesman said: "The players and guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves." Then straight after that, on December 4th. Somebody posted this... This may sound crude, but this has a News of the World "Rape" story written all over it. :|
