Charlton good enough for Sinclair

If they enquire because Holloway said that he was interested then I will be really P*ssed off. Him and his big mouth.
i'll be annoyed if holloway has lost us this player because of his big mouth.

You're acting as though none of these clubs had heard of Scott Sinclair before Holloway brought him up a week or so ago.

He was on loan at Plymouth last season, QPR this season and has done well both times, OF COURSE CHAMPIONSHIP CLUBS ARE GOING TO BE INTERESTED ON HIM COMING ON LOAN.

Utter claptrap, nonsense and piffle. I'd never even heard of him until Holloway mentioned him on Radio Leicester last Monday and I'm sure the same applies to Championship club Charlton Athletic and their management team.

I shall be most concerned if we do not sign him due to Mr Holloway alerting other clubs to the fact of his existence.

You're acting as if football players have agents or something! Who tout them to an array of clubs instead of making damn sure they sign for this fine footballing institution who always improve young players and have made fine Premiership stars of the likes of Ryan Smith.

You, sir, are a buffoon.

Indeed.

I used to date a Urugayan Seamstress and quite frankly, how we'd laugh together if she knew of these accusations!

I cant say that Id blame Sinclair for wanting to join Charlton on loan, if this is true.

The pressure here for him would be too much, I think a lot of us would rely on him because of his potential ability.

Bring back Frank Sinclair instead, that is what you call compassionate compensation!! lol

Everytime Ollie talks about a player in the press, we end up NOT getting them (Fulop, Kavanagh and Osbourne), so I have a feeling we wont see young Sinclair around here.... Unfortunately..

Fulop did well here and his value went up because of his quality performances, Kavanagh hardly left for a better club and as far as I am aware didnt actually turn us down and MON recalled Osbourne because of their small squad and injury problems. Its hardly his "big mouth" or him talking about it that equates to us losing out.

What is wrong with people FFS?

That was not my point at all....

Those players not coming had absolutely nothing to do with Ollie talking about them in the press. I think he mentioned Sinclair's name, so us fans would get an understanding, that he is trying hard to get some players in. It is just funny, that when Ollie mentions players in public, it seems like we have already lost out on them. I'm pretty sure more or less all managers in the Championship are aware of Scott Sinclair, and if we lose out again it is NOT because Ollie mentioned his name in public. The Sinclair deal has been on the cards since the beginning of January according to Knowitall, so that Ollie finally mentions him seems to me like we might lose out and he just wants to tell the fans that he tried, thats all....

Sorry mate but have you even been keeping up to date with the Championship? He ripped it apart for both Plymouth and QPR, and if plenty of people on here have seen him do it, do you not think Pardew or any other manager will have?! If Holloway said nothing about any transfers, potential or not, people on here would have a go because he wasn't doing anything. He cant win

I think there was a deep sense of sarcasm in Fez' post mate.

Bravo good sir, bravo.

Note how he breezes past such comments in Fez's post like "You're acting as if football players have agents or something!" and "fine Premiership stars of the likes of Ryan Smith" without a care in the world before plummeting into the pit of missing-the-point-ery.

I salute you

Ssssshhhhhh

I think this is all very dangerous!

There aren't many quality scouts out there, if everybody gets in on the act there won't be enough to go round and heaven help us if players cotton on to this agent thing, what will that do to the wage bill, eh, eh!!!!

BLOODY BIG MOUTHS!!!!!!
