Turns out he had been shot at close range by a pellet gun!! We got him to the vets and they confirmed that he had been shot at close range in the side of the head, it just missed his brain!! What on earth is going through these yob's minds, it is terrible. I am sure even the people who don't like animals can agree this is bang out of order!! Anyway he is going to be fine thats the main thing, but a nice vets bill is waiting for me, which because of these wankers i am not happy about!!!

Head Honcho Posted 5 March 2008 Posted 5 March 2008 Happened on our block last month and the woman whose cat it was door stepped every house in the neighbourhood with leaflets and the culprits were soon found plus with donations her vets bill was sorted. I'm not saying this will work but it's an idea. She wouldn't let on who done it because they were kids, but it's a good job as a few of the people around here would have skinned them alive given the chance.

Neighbours on both sides have 3 each and neither have litter trays which means they use my garden as a toilet and to have stand offs late at night. But rather than shooting them in the head I bought a dog. Sorry to hear about your cat. If it happened to my dog I would try and find who it was and pay them back in some way.
