Still, they've both been beaten by Barnsley in the past three months and we've beaten Barnsley 4 times in 2 years without conceding a goal. I would lay the blame firmly on Lampard's shoulder for the goal (which was offside anyway, with Babel joining the attack)

The class difference between him and the hoofing Carragher is evident, soon as Agger is back Liverpool will be more solid in the middle.Get Babel running at Ferriera more, the guy can't handle him. I don't really know how you can criticise Carragher to be honest, he's the best centre back in the Premiership in my opinion and it's his no-nonsense approach that works for him. And I don't think Skrtel is actually that different to Carragher anyway with the way he plays.

Looks like that's gone out the windown now. <_< For starters I don't think Chelsea deserved anything from that. They were poor all night long, generally hoofing balls in the direction of Drogba. And don't even get me started on him. Does he want to dive over anymore? willy puller. Everytime a Liverpool player went near him he was on the floor- and the sad thing was he got a free-kick everytime from the referee. That goal's going to be massive.

I felt for Riise. It was a shit ball to deal with. Serves em right though for settling for the one goal and not presenting Chelsea with additional problems by getting Crouch on with Torres. And what good opportunities he had. First half when he should have shot earlier and second half when he inexplicably failed to control the ball when completely clear. Commentators though, they get worse. And so biased.
