He is absolute quality, there's a reason his listing has alerted top Championship clubs and Premier League clubs. He's quality and one of the key reasons Plymouth overachieve year in year out. In fact, one of the reasons that it's viewed less and less as overachieving. He's better than McAuley and Kisnorbo IMO. Hang on, I'm thinking. Miught be thinking of Timar... No no, I'm sure I'm right. Him and Timar both have been excellent for Plymouth for some time, I know a Plymouth fan who says Seip is their second best player, despite being a bit of a ****.
