Daggers Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 Tbh MkDons will most probably win regardless of who their manager is. This is not personal - this comment pisses the **** out of me. You're not the only one saying this which is why it smarts. Such negative bollocks. Let's go the whole hog and start predicting a second successive relegation. Christ! How does the club stand a chance in hell when people are happy to trot this out?

Let's go the whole hog and start predicting a second successive relegation. Christ! How does the club stand a chance in hell when people are happy to trot this out? I'm not going to get involved in an arguement over the interent, it was just a meaningless comment which you really shouldn't look into too much. I'm just not really expecting us to win, this doesn't mean I'm being negative or think that we are going to fook up the whole season, I was just stating that it would be fairly typical of us to loose on the opening day to MK Dons. And I will be getting 100% behind the team and supporting them regardless next season for what it is worth.
Koke Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 I don't hate Holloway. And had it been any other club than Franchise, I would have wished him the best of luck.
Sparky Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 I agree.MK Dons will win on the first day if Holloway is appointed their manager. Great oh right , no point turning up then
Asha Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 I don't get why people are already deciding to give him abuse if he gets the job... Has everyone not learnt that abuse spurs players/managers on? Ok he was partly responsible for relegation, but time and time again (most notably Paddy Mac at the Walkers for Charlton), booing and slating players only gives them an extra incentive to perform better. Let's not do it if this happens.

Simi Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 I agree.Didn't happen when Plymouth came to our place though did it?! Their hate towards Holloway did though.
Tevez Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 Oh Holloway is sh*t, Holloway is rubbish, poor old MK Dons. Will you lot ever learn when to shut the **** up? Haven't you learnt that every time you say these things the complete opposite happens. 99.9% of Leicester fans are wrong, wrong about everything. So for once, try and restrain yourself from posting and talking the utter biggest amount sh*t if you can. As soon as I read this thread I was hoping someone come back with a reply like this. Too right.
wirralsimon Posted 23 June 2008 Posted 23 June 2008 I wish Holloway well. Ultimately he failed to turn around a club that had been failing for a few seasons, and because of that he had to go. But I don't belive he was here just to pick up the money, and I do belive he gave it his best shot. Personal abuse is out of order, there have been enough people pass through this club in the last few reasons who genuinely didn't care, save the abuse for them. If he gets the MK Dons job I wish him the best of luck, but I hope he loses his first match in charge! Simon

I shall join the PEARSON OUT! petition.
Halfsy Posted 23 June 2008 Posted 23 June 2008 Rumours circulating today that Ian Holloway could return to the Walkers on August 9th as the successor to Paul Ince at MK Dons!
dandannieldanok Posted 23 June 2008 Posted 23 June 2008 http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=pb9X09r0BBE&...feature=related Quite funny.
Finnegan Posted 23 June 2008 Posted 23 June 2008 I don't hate Holloway, I don't even dislike him per se. I don't envy him having had to do the job he did and he never went on some massive, arrogant rant about how it was everyone else's fault but his. Still has my respect and I hope he goes off to another club, does well, and puts his time here behind him. Not quite sure I understand the animosity, really.
Master Fox Posted 23 June 2008 Posted 23 June 2008 I might start supporting the Dons Better club/town than Leicester really.
Sniffer-Clarke Posted 23 June 2008 Posted 23 June 2008 I might start supporting the DonsBetter club/town than Leicester really. Off you Jolly well go then-and stay there
Milky Posted 23 June 2008 Posted 23 June 2008 Poor signings and shit tactics = na na na na na na na na na, Ian Holloway, Holloway! fook off Holloway!
Raj Posted 24 June 2008 Posted 24 June 2008 Has any one mentiond that MKD's might win if he is appointed???
Sniffer-Clarke Posted 24 June 2008 Posted 24 June 2008 Has any one mentiond that MKD's might win if he is appointed??? I see you are very optimistic about next season.
Master Fox Posted 24 June 2008 Posted 24 June 2008 Off you Jolly well go then-and stay there Well i only live about 10mins from the ground. and i intend to for now
RedHux Posted 24 June 2008 Posted 24 June 2008 Well i only live about 10mins from the ground.and i intend to for now Swapping clubs willy nilly would probably mke you in the ideal demographic for franchise. A lack of faith, loyalty and any idea what makes a club part of the lives of the local community. Anywho, I don't get why you all hate Holloway so much. Did he say a few things he shouldn't have or something? Granted you got relagated under him but I don't think it was entirely his fault. In conclusion I think McFranchise could get a result on the first day if he does end up there.

He is very very good at persuading .

Playing players out of position, playing loanees over contracted players, persisting with Howard when he wasn't doing anything.

RedHux Posted 24 June 2008 Posted 24 June 2008 Ah, I see. managers do have a habit of saying stupid things. I'll admit to thinkning Holloway would be good for yourselves. Shows what I know!
