Defeating a top 10 player, recent slam finalist in a slam QF is very impressive… to do it that brutally and that calm.. was just ridiculous, unreal performance

Well, Zverev will certainly be a couple of notches further up, and it's possible this might be a wild card flash in the pan performance, but for now all I'll say is that Murray would be proud of the standard of that performance against a tough opponent on Centre Court.

What a story.

Never keen when crowds get on someone’s back, but I hope they get in Zverev’s head on Friday.

at wimbledon?  Can't see that happening.

Fery has killed that

does he actually have any nerves?? Absolutely incredible

Yeah he looked liked he had been doing this for years, destroying top players on centre court… ridiculous just how calm he is.

100% he needs to bring that performance to the semi, does that he has a real chance

This must be the greatest moment for the Fery family since great-uncle Brian led his glam-art rock combo Roxy Music to glory with songs like Virginia Plain, Love is the Drug and In Every Dream Home a Heartache.

Nice surprise that. Impressive how Fery gets around the court and some fine shots

Admittedly I don't watch as much tennis these days, but I hadn't heard of Fery until this tournament.

Been injured a lot but seems to be on the rise this year and only 23.
