Your tone implies you think there are "liberals" who view IS sympathetically. Am I misunderstanding? Doesn't the entire world essentially think are IS are nobs already?

Wasn't implying that. Although now you mention it's I'll mention that the NUS passed a motion that refused to condemn ISIS, something probably only the British student left could do with any seriousness. (Naturally, as you can imagine, they had no problem passing one that condemned UKIP) lol

http://www.independent.co.uk/student/news/nus-motion-to-condemn-isis-fails-amidst-claims-of-islamophobia-9796193.html

The National Union of Students has rejected a call to condemn militant group Isis on the grounds that the motion was “islamophobic”, in a move which has promoted campaigners to accuse the body of being in the “stranglehold” of divisive “identity politics”.

I know that, but only the student union could give any sort of respect and compassion to ISIS compared to some of the other groups they have openly condemned.

Apologist for death-worshipping fascist cvnts, which is practically as bad.

This is where I would absolutely agree with surgical multilateral operations (emphasis on the surgical).

Phil Shiner. Pursuing an opportunist, baseless, politically motivated vendetta against British troops. If we could still charge this bloke with Treason we should do.

http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2014/dec/17/al-sweady-inquiry-uk-troops-mistreated-iraqi-prisoners-not-murder

The al-Sweady inquiry – named after an Iraqi teenager killed in the battle – found that the murder allegations were “wholly without foundation and entirely the product of deliberate lies, reckless speculation and ingrained hostility”.

It concluded that soldiers were guilty of mistreating detainees, including depriving them of food and sleep and blindfolding them, in breach of international law and Ministry of Defence rules.

At the end of a year-long inquiry, Sir Thayne Forbes, a former high court judge, found in his 1,350-page report that the most serious allegations made against the soldiers were “wholly and entirely without merit or justification”.

In a Commons statement, Michael Fallon, the defence secretary, described these allegations as “shameful and despicable”, and criticised Phil Shiner, the Iraqis’ lawyer, for making claims that turned out to be baseless, and for not withdrawing the claim that British soldiers had murdered insurgents inside their base camp until near the end of the inquiry.

Had Shiner withdrawn the allegations earlier, Fallon said, he would not have received legal aid for the judicial review which led to the Forbes inquiry, Iraqi families would have been spared six years of false hope, British soldiers six years of anxiety, and taxpayers six years expense.

Fallon told MPs that Public Interest Lawyers and law firm Leigh Day, which also represented some of the Iraqi detainees, were tthe subject of an investigation by the solicitors’ professional body over a possible breach of professional standards. The Solicitors’ Regulation Authority later confirmed that it was investigating both firms.

What kind of a person is prepared to drum out lies about their own nation's soldiers to try and earn a few quid for themselves? For ten years some of those people had these baseless accusations hanging over their heads. Two high court judges have already recommended he shouldn't recieve legal aid anymore after his pathetic case of trying to win compensation for a Somalian who couldn't vote who was in prison for murder.

The worst thing about it is he still won't apologise, 31million the cost to the taxpayer of this inquiry - 'Public Interest Lawyers' trousering a cool 3million of that fee.

No finer of example of the left ling lawyer human rights racket, far despite the abuse he gets it's no wonder Chris Grayling is seeking to reduce the legal aid bill when ***** like this abuse it for their own warped views and causes.

I saw this on the news last night and was actually in shock. I had no idea the lawyer involved was English. How can you knowingly do that to your own country. He was put on the spot in an interview asking if he was duped and he squirmed like a nasty, oily squirmy thing. Disgraceful

The sheer denial and absolution of any kind of responsibility from the mother in her Facebook post is utterly appalling.

She was your child. She was your bloody child. And through your total lack of any kind of empathy, this happened.

Perhaps I shouldn't be pointing the blame finger solely at the mum but right now it's hard to really give a shit considering the level of emotional abuse it must have taken to force that girl to kill herself.

I actually thought the designs on the wall were photoshopped at first glance.

Read this yesterday. Quite heartbreaking considering the child, even as she grew up, still couldn't be accepted by the ones she should be able to trust and love the most and receive that back. Yet the parents were focussed too much on God's view of their child as opposed to what the child believed.

And I agree about the Facebook bit - of course losing your child is horrific but it's as if she can't see (yet) that it was her doing which led the child to kill herself.

Katie Hopkins. I realise this link is the Star and not the best reliable source but it's the first link I have seen on this.

http://www.dailystar.co.uk/showbiz/417709/Katie-Hopkins-Piers-Morgan-Twitter-war-Ebola

This is what she tweeted.

She had tweeted: “Little sweaty jocks, sending us Ebola bombs in the form of sweaty Glaswegians just isn’t cricket.”

Her nose is so up in the air that if it was any higher she'd be sniffing moon dust.

It's also in the Independent.
