Have lived in Stonygate, Humberstone, Belgrave, West End and Aylestone (all in the City) as well as Birstall, Oadby and Great Glen. Age: Too old for this forum Interesting personal achievements or goals: Raising 3 LCFC supporters who have all at one time or another been ST holders, apart from that I've probably led the most boring life of anyone on here. Any information on your lifelong support of LCFC: I don't really know how I even became interested in football none of my family were interested not that i lived with them anyway having moved to Leicester to a childrens home when I was five - they didn't have Social Benefits in those days I certainly didn't pick it up from there. I went Lancaster Boys School were football was not even spoken of. I guess it must have been the influence of school friends, I don't know what/when my first game was other than it was the early 60's and one of the opposition players (red & white stripes - Sunderland, Sheff U ) scored with an overhead kick from the edge of the penalty area - I was hooked! In those early days I used to support Leicester & Chelsea (my birthplace) they both had brilliantly talented teams but was I forced to make a choice in the 1964/65 season when they met in the League Cup Final, I chose Leicester we lost and I've been stuck with them ever since. I hardly even check Chelsea's score these day. Other information: You're probably bored now I am.
