Any information on your lifelong support of LCFC: My first proper game (excluding reserve matches) was against Blackburn on December 7th 1996 a 1-1 draw with Ian Marshall netting for us. Since then I have done over 30 grounds in the country and abroad had 3 and a half season tickets and seen many players and fans alike come and go. Other information: I have a keen interest in the Madchester music scene and love my stand-up comedy, also a keen footballer formerly on trial with Mansfield Town and Quorn F.C however injuries have taken their toll and i'm relegated to running/playing for my own 5-a-side team on a thursday night.
MC Prussian Posted 1 September 2008 Posted 1 September 2008 Location: Close to Germany (or: the Far North of Switzerland) Age: Caught right in-between the legs (27) Interesting personal achievements or goals: I've had my share of active football up until ten years ago - did junior level as a goalkeeper at a local club when I was twelve, I think. Didn't last too long. I didn't care and I didn't care. Gave it another go later on at the age of 18, 19 for another local club, this time as a striker, but that was just another failed experiment. My heart wasn't in it and I was a bit freak-ish - At one point, I managed to play with my glasses on... Seeing that I was completely talent-free in footballing terms, I've stopped playing altogether. However, I do still enjoy a five-a-side matchup every once in a while. Oh, and I wear contacts for quite some time now. Any information on your lifelong support of LCFC: I wouldn't call it lifelong (yet), but it has developed into a fairly serious affair ever since I started cheering for the club in 1994. Since I'm living on the Continent, I can't make it to a lot of games. But I give it my best to visit Leicestershire at least once a year. First home game was the last one in the Premiership - May 2004 versus Pompey (I even made it onto a picture featured on the OS). People over here always have to ask twice when they inquire about my English football affiliations - most of them have probably never heard of Leicester before. Oh, and don't get me started on how they spell it. I think it's funny. It makes them look dumb. Which makes me proud. I also once had a conversation with Iain Hume about his preferred position. I wanted to convince him that even as a goalkeeper, he'd do a better job than as a "striker". Needless to say, him being much smarter than me, he won. Last time I heard, he was at Barnsley. Other information Film fanatic and trying to make it in the filmmaking world as a future director and scriptwriter - just give me another few years and I'll get there! Involved in the film business for a few years, doing on-the-side jobs, as it is hard to find something full-time here in Switzerland. Also certificated Chocolate Dealer for English in need. Indie music lover - especially Canadian stuff (all the good things they'll never play on the radio over here).
Daggers Posted 1 September 2008 Posted 1 September 2008 Location: The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield Age: Old enough to know better, old enough not to care Interesting personal achievements or goals: According to a Radio One diary I had when I was fifteen, I once managed to masturbate an amazing eleven times in one day. I can not attest to the veracity of this claim as the same diary also states that I had many girlfriends and frequent sex - two things I know were absolutely untrue. The claim will not surprise anyone who already believes me to be a great big willy puller. I have split my head open three times and have fallen out of two trees. I had a radio show on Wear FM until everyone went on strike and 1/4 of the show buggered off to work on The Big Breakfast while another 1/4 pissed off to the Grauniad. They were the talented half. Building on my love of pissing people off and imposing my opinions on others I have since spent a lot of time being a work-shy teacher covering up my insecurities and failings by ripping people dreams to shreds and placing them in detention. Any information on your lifelong support of LCFC: You support the team where you were born or your Father's team. My Dad has a soft spot for Hamilton Academicals, I was born in Kirby Muxloe...I think they thought it easier to drive to Filbert Street in the 70's than spend weekends travelling from Little Addington to Scotland. Christ knows why he picked the Accies, I think it was something to do with the war - he was traumatised by evacuation. Yes. That'll be it. Other information: I have an ingrowing toenail, my eyes are blue and I would like to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony.

hairy Posted 1 September 2008 Posted 1 September 2008 Location: Great Glen Age: 40 Interesting personal achievements or goals: Never played football competitively as it was banned at my school. It was rugby in the winter and rowing in the summer. Miss the rowing. I overcame cannabis induce psychosis by packing my bags and travelling the world. I was in a real mess at the time. It took a lot of guts to do it at the time as I had no self confidence at all. Met my wife while travelling. and have never looked back since. I am a Director where I work in charge of the IT and HR Any information on your lifelong support of LCFC: The first match I remember was a night match against Liverpool. We were under Jock Wallace at the time, they had Keegan on the wing. I think it was the first time Leicester players wore tights. Cant remember the year. We were doing well in the top flight at the time. After my travels I became a ST holder then had no need for it as I was entertained all the time. Been to some brilliant matches over the years, play offs, cup finals as well. Winning at Man U will never be forgotten and the cocky waiter who belittled our excellent win. Other information: I have a passion for music. I stated collecting when I was young and have been putting most of my spare money into it ever since. Even had a share in a recording studio at one point. Never sold on any of my collection so its quite large and extensive. Apart from that I enjoy walking the dog to the pub in the next village when I get a chance.

I thought I'd managed to completely ruin my life once but I was amazed to discover that there were plenty more mistakes to make which made the initial problems look petty. You can make everything far worse if you really put your mind to it. I believe in you. Go you!
