Russel Westbrook joins the Lakers. The Brooklyn Nets stacked the deck so now everybody gotta play catch up. Westbrook is the biggest stat padding merchant in all of sports but at least he will win games for the Lakers, and make up for Anthony Davis missing a third of every season  due to injury.

They've got to do a lot of work with the rest of the roster, so its not a done deal for the title.  But its now or never for the title, 21/22 or 22/23 and then its Davis and a retooled team, but as a Lakers fan, hoping for the best!!

IMO, James is done in terms of winning titles with the lakers. He needs a better star core around. He clearly has game and can ball still (evidenced by his numbers etc) but will need to be the vet who takes the minimum salary on  a team with a better, younger core. Fat chance that happens though, so can't see him winning again. 

 

Back to cavs maybe help push them over again?

 

Come to raptors and play reduced time to prolong career?

 

Take the vet min and maybe go to a team like Memphis, dallas, bucks?????

 

However with that contract...unlikely anything will happen unless you can mutually terminate.

I think Miami will take the east and phoenix or warriors in the west.

 

Dont think my raptors will get out of the first round but anything is possible lol.

 

Crazy end to the boston brooklyn game. I want to see finishes like that in every playoff game!
