isaidno Posted 13 May 2009 Posted 13 May 2009 Max Mosely & Bernie Ecclestone are both t055ers but theres no way they will let all the teams pull out
isaidno Posted 21 May 2009 Posted 21 May 2009 Rosberg fastest again in practice, he's due a good race soon. Tempted by the 33/1 odds on him to win this weekend.
StanSP Posted 21 May 2009 Posted 21 May 2009 Rosberg fastest again in practice, he's due a good race soon. Tempted by the 33/1 odds on him to win this weekend. I'd go for it mate. As you say, his good race is bound to come soon!
hairy Posted 21 May 2009 Posted 21 May 2009 I wish they would stop these constant 'legal' battles and just agree on something Lets hope its a good one on Sunday no matter the winner
Wycombe Fox Posted 22 May 2009 Posted 22 May 2009 My mate's been taken on a freebie to Monaco this weekend courtesy of Jewsons. They flew him to Nice Airport where he was picked and taken to Monaco by helicopter. They're putting him up for 2 nights in the Fairmont Hotel overlooking the Loews Hairpin. Lucky sod!
StanSP Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Massa already has had to change his engine due to a leak. And he's already damaged the front part of his car in quali.
AjcW Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Oh christ, yet another depressing interview. Someone put hamilton on the deathlist, by means of suicide.... yawn yawn change the record lewis.
Uncle Albert Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Would love it so much if Lewis can storm up through the field tomorrow from 16th to shut some of you idiots up. Nobody gave a shit about Button last season but now because he is a quick car most people 'support' him.
AjcW Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Get in, shut up albert, i didnt support hamilton last season i supported button because hes a damn fine driver, forget the car. Lewis all about the car. Button all about technical ability. Proved this season, end of story.
Uncle Albert Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Get in, shut up albert, i didnt support hamilton last season i supported button because hes a damn fine driver, forget the car.Lewis all about the car. Button all about technical ability. Proved this season, end of story. Yea righto. Damn fine driver? Yet Button was shite last season. What a mug.
Brainy Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Get in, shut up albert, i didnt support hamilton last season i supported button because hes a damn fine driver, forget the car.Lewis all about the car. Button all about technical ability. Proved this season, end of story. Again, go comment on something you actually know about. Actually if you're saying Lewis is shit in a slow car, he probably had more points in 4 races in his shit McLaren that Button had in 2 years with his shit Honda.
Legend_in_blue Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Get in, shut up albert, i didnt support hamilton last season i supported button because hes a damn fine driver, forget the car.Lewis all about the car. Button all about technical ability. Proved this season, end of story. He hasn't won anything yet. Don't go on about his technical ability until he's proven something in terms of an accumulaton of race wins which enable him to win a championship. Nothing has been proved. As for Lewis, he was unlucky. The tyre wall actually made it far worse than it was. Had the wall not been there at all, the natural slide of the car would have avoided the metal barriers.
dandannieldanok Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Yea righto. Damn fine driver? Yet Button was shite last season. What a mug. Anybody put in that Honda would have been shite. The reason I personally like Button is that I've been brought up on him and Coulthard being the main Brits in F1. When I first got into F1 it was the end of Damon Hill era so really the only Britons in it were Coulthard and Button, and no matter their results those pair have undeniably been my favourites. Imo all the driver's are pretty much similar in ability throughout the field and thankfully last season we had a Brit in the best car and now this season we have another Brit in a great car. Both Hamilton and Button I would say are two of the best in the field although Hamilton's cock-up today was strange.
Asha Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 I supported button because hes a damn fine driver, forget the car. Did you? Really? Annoys when people change loyalties and claim they've always 'supported' them.
lildave3 Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 I think all this calls for Hamilton and Button to be teammates next season Then Hamilton would dick all over him
dandannieldanok Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Did you? Really?Annoys when people change loyalties and claim they've always 'supported' them. Surely everyone has supported him throughout his career, he is British after all. I'll support any Brit in F1 no matter their results.
GLC Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Did you? Really?Annoys when people change loyalties and claim they've always 'supported' them. Agreed, Hamilton has been unlucky this year and my personal opinion is he's still the best driver in F1, Button has done well this year, he was unlucky with Honda, the car didnt really do his talent justice

dandannieldanok Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Starting weights for tomorrow's race. Button's heavy compared to the others (except Barrichello) up to 9th place on the grid. Vettel running light; With those weights you can't see Button not winning unless of a driver error or mechanical failure. It's not an entirely surprisingly result, Button's always said he struggles with a light car and prefers a heavier car.
Brainy Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Some websites have Bourdais and Glock pitting on lap 50.......
Wycombe Fox Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Hamilton starts at the back of the grid after changing his gearbox http://www.pitpass.com/fes_php/pitpass_new...es_art_id=37996
Jimmy Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 he may as well, starting from last or 16th isn't much of a difference
