Unabomber Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Wtf I had just disgarded this rumour as soon saw I saw it and 5 pages later it looks like we could be signing him, unbelievable. Would be a bloody good coup.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 He's a left-back. Played against Bolton a couple of years ago and scored an own goal.
Ric Flair Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 He's a left-back. Played against Bolton a couple of years ago and scored an own goal. Ha-ha! I remember that own goals, top bombing that was.
FleckneyFox Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 This sounds promising, Does anyone actually know for sure if he is a LB or CB and which CSKA does he play for?
dandannieldanok Posted 3 July 2008 Author Posted 3 July 2008 We should have gone for Florentin Petre aswell or instead, they're selling him for a measly £300,000.

Babylon Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 He'll be announced when Mattock goes Villa... maybe (©knowitall 2008)
Joe. Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Sorry to burst the bubble, but he can't be that good if he's signing for us.
teblin Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Maybe we're going to have him wearing the new shirt to try and shift a few?
Ozwin Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 You don't play for your country if you're shit though, I reckon he'll be pretty good and he's prett big too so we'll have a right scary looking duo whoever plays.
Ric Flair Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Why would he want to come here? This really is bizarre. Don't get me wrong, if he signs, i'll be happy if he does the business. I just refuse to believe that this is honestly going to happen and have a happy ending.
Thracian Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Kaebi Mark II I doubt it. If Kishishev's had anything to do with this lead I'd imagine the bloke to be perfectly competent. Kish knows what's required to play in England and, apart from losing his edge a bit, still retains enough to show he was once a class player. I'd have no problem with Kish staying here. Even if he got no further than the bench and the training ground he's always looked an encouraging influence around the youngsters and still has that rare ability to make a bit of time and space for himself on the ball.
SamL Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 You don't play for your country if you're shit though, I reckon he'll be pretty good and he's prett big too so we'll have a right scary looking duo whoever plays. Kaebi played for his country and he wasn't exactly good was he? Precisely.
Guest shearfox Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Kaebi played for his country and he wasn't exactly good was he? Precisely. I would say Bulgaria is a better side than Iran and also say captaining your side to a league title is a good enough sign to say he is a more capable player than Kaebi.
SamL Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 I would say Bulgaria is a better side than Iran and also say captaining your side to a league title is a good enough sign to say he is a more capable player than Kaebi. Well I know that. I wasn't saying this Tunchev bloke sounds shite or that we shouldn't sign him. My point was that Ozwin said that you don't play for your country if you're shit, I merely pointed out that Kaebi was rather shite yet he still played for his country.
teblin Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Kaebi played for his country and he wasn't exactly good was he? Precisely. Kaebi's physical stature was his problem. this guy is 6ft 2.
SamL Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Kaebi's physical stature was his problem.this guy is 6ft 2. I know.
blue blood Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 i dont even know why we are comparing kaebi to tunchev.
Lillehamring Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 we may be league1, but we're still a club that people outside of leicester have heard of, and know what we could be capable of, we can still play ok salaries, anyone coming here would have a fresh start and, in the case of this guy, a decent shout at regular fotball... so why shouldn't he come here... what's the persecution complexes?
