Dr The Singh Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 Am I the only person in the world who doesn't give a toss about Will Smith? Me too. If the film is some rightious, soppy, do gooder movie.....I'd rather spend time watching my poo at the bottom of my loo!!!
Guest Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 Divided. Never really watched his films, but I like his music. Me too. If the film is some rightious, soppy, do gooder movie.....I'd rather spend time watching my poo at the bottom of my loo!!! I would rather spend my time watching your poo as well!

purpleronnie Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 Is it just me or was The Pursuit of Happiness actually the pursuit of money?Cos at the start of the film they were a standard family with a standard life and with a little effort they could have been happy with what they had. However he throws it all away, undergoes years of deprivation, which he also selfishly drags his son through, until finally he become fabulously wealthy. The film basically said that to be happy you need LOADS OF MONEY, which just isn't true.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 I would rather spend my time watching your poo as well! Lisa is Dr Gillain McKeith?
syston_fox Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 I really want to see this as I'm a big Will fan but I just know it will destroy me. Shall I talk you into this as well? It could be a new Man City esque adventure!
Katy Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 Shall I talk you into this as well? It could be a new Man City esque adventure! I don't want to be destroyed though
MC Prussian Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 Am I the only person in the world who doesn't give a toss about Will Smith? Divided. Never really watched his films, but I like his music. "The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air" is somewhat of a classic, always enjoyed watching it on TV when they showed it in the 90ies. His music - Fresh Prince & Jazzy Jeff I like. The other, modern solo stuff, nope. His movies - nothing that I fancy, really. He always plays the same part over and over again. Would love to see him do a badboy or villain for once, but I doubt that'll ever happen - simply because he's Will Smith.
GLC Posted 16 January 2009 Author Posted 16 January 2009 Will Smith is nothing short of a god. nice sig, i had that before daggers made me this one
Samilktray Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 nice sig, i had that before daggers made me this one Robbed it off someone on that Leeds Forum.
Monk Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 This film has got some shit reviews? So what he basically gives bits of his body to other people to make up for some kind of car crash? I like Will Smith a lot, but this sounds like a shit film!

Monk Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 The film basically said that to be happy you need LOADS OF MONEY, which just isn't true. Correct, this is not true. Evidence:
Alexikokopops Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 This film has got some shit reviews? So what he basically gives bits of his body to other people to make up for some kind of car crash? I like Will Smith a lot, but this sounds like a shit film! 27% on Rotten Tomatoes. Not good Concensus: Grim and morose, Seven Pounds is also undone by an illogical plot.
Webbo Posted 16 January 2009 Posted 16 January 2009 I reviewed this film in the Film Thread. Watched Seven Pounds with Will Smith in it last night. A cynical, melodramatic attempt to tug at the heartstrings, crap 4/10. If I could add to that mawkish and stupid, that would just about sum it up.
