Shirt Choices on Offer - Vote Blank!

Recommended Posts

I think blank may look cheap & like we can't get anyone to sponsor us. I also hate all the other choices tho.It would have looked better if it just had FOXES on instead of FOREVER FOXES how come we are lumbered with those few choices !

From the bottom of Cov forum

Coventry will be donning an updated version of the brown strip when they play their final home game of the season, against Watford on Friday April 24th. A game which falls on the 125th anniversary of the club.

Fans will be able to buy the limited edition shirt too. However, just 1,125 are being produced and they will be available in adult sizes only.

If you're all about the brown then you can reserve your shirt at the club shop on December 28th. Any left after then will be available on the club shop website the next day. A small number will also be available at the club's outlet in Asda in Walsgrave.

If it's not quite your cup of tea, then you can just point and laugh at the sorry fashion victims instead!

This is No.3 in the sun's worst kits in footbal history

Just sent him an email...

Peter,

Could I please bring your attention to the voting system for the new City shirt. Anybody can easily vote, as no logon is required to prove the voter is a Leicester fan.

As three out of the four designs are very poor, and rival fans are voting, it is becoming increasingly likely that we will end up with an embarrasing shirt design.

I have provided a link below to a Coventry City forum, proving this is happening.

http://coventrycity.rivals.net/forum/pgePo...4&clubId=27

Please do something about this to prevent any avoidable future embarrasment.

Many Thanks,

Adam.

Hang on Peter... what happened to the secure voting system that was in place!!!?!?!?!?!?!

Voted blank.

As far as including some mention of 125 somewhere on the shirt, how about on the back of the collar, blue on white?

If we get the shirt with Forever Foxes, I wont be happy,

Can you imagine what the players signing for us will think,

Posted
I don't mind as long as it's brightly coloured and made of some sort of horrible man-made material and costs about £40

You forgot the part about it being stitched together by a bunch of blind chimps.

Why the hell has the club gone for an internet vote?

A lot of our fans don't have access to the net, but there are a lot of fans of other teams that do.

I think they should come round with a velvet bag and we put in coloured balls to represent the shirt we want.... get with the times grandad!!!! :D

and of course, this isn't the only way because it is, in fact, not a way at all... unless of course there is no one in leicester who supports cov, forest et al

Just did some research and when Ipswich did vote like this they used a geographical filter!!! ie. only people in leicester will have a vote that counts like I said.

Me, Daggers, Katy et al don't matter?

I suppose the club may count it as a season-ticket benefit :giggle:

No!! ha.

Makes sense... they could at least tell people though if that's how they are doing it.
