My love is cool - Wolf Alice.

Not sure how I missed this at the time. Shame they're not gigging at the moment.

All their albums are great if you've not listened yet, especially their latest Blue Weekend. After the debut they move into a bit more of a shoegazey/fuzzy sound but still rockin'. Gagging to see them live also!

I did the albums in the wrong order. Heard Smile, watched their Glastonbury set on TV, liked it so bought Blue Weekend - what an album! Then bought Visions of a life and finally My love is cool (download extended version including Moaning Lisa Smile and, one of the best, Blush). I've recently spent my time watching past gigs online and kicking myself for not picking up on them before. Doesn't look like they are doing Pilton this year.

I went to see the Manics at DMH in 2014 and Wolf Alice were supporting, but I didn't bother watching them as I hadn't heard any of their stuff back then. Gutted. lol

I know that feeling. Went to see the Rizillos at the Percy Gee in '77 and mostly ignored the support band. Dragged myseld out of the bar to catch their last song, something called Teenage Kicks.
