I adore this song but the demo is a curiosity at best, and Otis Mix on the anniversary edition is really disappointing IMO. Falls flat without the rest of the band.

Only band I've been listening to lately:

Have to admit, up 'til recent, I didnt know their music. They don't get the airplay here compared to over there i would imagine. I know there's a bunch of fans of theirs here and you can add me to that list!

Mate I had a lot of playtime on their first album. not too much on their recent stuff but got asked to go to see them on Saturday in Brum and they were brilliant to be fair. Much bigger fan now than I was a week ago!

After I hear about a band and like some songs, I always seek out live performances online, to see how they "really" sound.

I've watched this entire concert of theirs a couple times already:

Obviously being from '22, it doesn't contain songs from the latest album, but I can see why they get so much praise for their live shows.

Steve Cropper passed away today at 84. Guitar player for Booker T and the MGs, wrote many hits for Stax records (co-wrote Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay with Otis Redding!). Also appeared in the Blues Brothers. One of the more influential American guitarists of all time.
