morris1234 Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 80 million though! phwoaaar! i think real will end up making a big mistake and having too many 'superstars' and they will struggle to get a chemistry going or keep them all happy for that matter because somebodys got to be on the bench!!
Jonezy Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Whauw.... Where do Florentino raise all them money from? They just bought Kaka for a world record fee. Should be a pretty interesting transfer window now.
lou Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Good bit of business for Man U there. Pity its all going to get swallowed up in their millions of pounds worth of debt

Depends what formation they play. I think they'll play a 4-2-3-1, with Ronaldo one of the three players behind the striker, alongside Kaka and another world class player (possibly Ribery or a player from their existing squad). I think that'd work, providing the two holding midfielders do their job right. It'll be the likes of Van Der Vaart, Drenthe, Robben and possibly Sneijder who make way.
Libertine Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Can't believe how early in the summer it is. Thought it'd be dragged out again. Obviously it's not quite final yet, but still surprising.
Darkzzz_ Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 3 of the worlds best players in the same league... Could be very interesting.
SMX11 Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Real wont be a force anyway, when they win nothing again they will be in the shit

Jon the Hat Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Real wont be a force anyway, when they win nothing again they will be in the shit It worked before. The idea that the Galaticos didn't work is rubbish. It just didn't work when they became past their best. Ronaldo and Kaka are young.

Darkzzz_ Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 The 5 best players in the world - Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Kaka, Ronaldo.Poor old Albert. True that. It is going to be pretty special. I would imagine the majority of people to follow Real now. It happened before it will happen again.

Bakey Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Ridiculous.La Liga will be fun. Kaka, Ronaldo, Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Aguero , Forlan Well, for now that's how it is anyway!
Darkzzz_ Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Suits me, always prefer to be the underdog.Barca will prevail. Without needing to spend silly amounts of money either. The majority of Barca's starting 11 came from the youth system. If this does go ahead, Real will surely ship some players out. There are players at that club that are well, very average.
