Ilan£1.3 million and 22 games producing 23 goals, propelling City into first slot with half a season to go. Makes DJ look fucking stupid value for money. Very good goal-to-game ratio! Currently my Georgian freebie Demetradze is on a similar ratio for my NAC team. 11 in 11 and almost single-handedly seeing off Dinamo Bucharest, IFK Göteborg and PSV. Good times!

Paul Gallagher's value went from 900k to 3.1m. Was my player of the season. Last season bought Gareth Williams on a free. Thought he was a good player when he played for city. So got him on a free, at the end of the season, his value is 2.1m 2nd Season - 6 games in. Gradel is playing like Christiano Ronaldo, 6 games played, 6 goals, 2 assists, 3 man of the match. 9 games in - 3rd in the championship. Signed Jay Bothroyd, Also got Luis Prieto, both quality! And Waghorn

Budweiser Posted 22 November 2009 Posted 22 November 2009 In my 6th season with Leeds (!) I saw no point in staying. I rejected a new contract, mainly because 1. Half of my squad are fooking off in the summer on frees. 2. The board gave me limited funds, and after confirming they would upgrade the youth facilities, they actually cancelled the plans! 3. My whole team pretty much became unhappy even though we were 10th (Bigger clubs came in etc) 4. My contract was up at the end of the season. All in all, I didn't win anything apart from League 1 & The Championship. Pretty fun though. New game, Man City anyone? Im gunna stay with these for a couple of seasons then i'll shift to Italy.

The latter three being reasonably cheap.
