My laptop is currently getting a new screen and i'm getting withdrawal symptoms. To make it worse the laptop engineer was sent the wrong screen meaning i'm left waiting for another week. I'd just gone on a 12 game unbeaten run with City before the screen decided to die :cry:

Not too bad, think i can make the knock-out rounds.

Unfortunately taking an extended break due to coursework.

Robert Acquafresca is officially the best player in Football Manager history. He's a better goalscorer than 08's Adebayor. Still smashing them in in 2021 for Leicester.

Determined to get Norwich promoted. Finished 11th after a last 10 games balls up, was in the playoffs until then :(

Snapped up a Barcelona youngster who has tons of potential according to my scout on a free. Huge fan.

Played 6, won 5 lost 1. Just beat Derby 5-1 :D Was 1-0 down after 70 mins :giggle:

Now about to take on Emile Heskey managed Cardiff.

Started a new game with Barnsley (a bit of a challenge). Started pretty well, signed the god that is Emad Motaeb scored 6 goals in 4 games so far along with the usual suspects:

Lost the first game 4-2 to Sheff Wednesday >_< but won the next 3 games so not a bad start.

Finished first season with Barnsley. Finished 7th just outside playoffs >_< I didn't want to get promoted yet anyway. Got rid of the deadwood and I'm trying to get a playoff place this year.

Then, in the middle of Feb, James Tomkins hands in a transfer request and I accepted it.

All the players' morale dropped to very poor and morale was at rock bottom. I couldn't motivate anyone.

I lost 14 games in a row and dropped to 9th.

With 3 games left in the 2015/16 season I still sit 9th, 3 points off of the play offs, but some of my players are so shocking now.

It is a funny game, sometimes you are unbeatable then suddenly you lose 6 games on the bounce.

Tel me about it, I was flying with Norwich, had just beat Ipswich 2-0 and now suddenly lost 3 in a row.

Stupid bloody game, just as I thought I was finally doing well! :giggle:

Yep.

Anyway, lost to Stoke away which meant I didn't make the play offs. Yet another season in the Championship.

Pleased to finally get rid of Tomkins though, he was disrupting everyone at the club, £3.8million to Leeds :D

Had to give my laptop a system restore last week. Was full up of junk and a few trojans.

Just reinstalling this as we speak. Will have to re-do my leicester season :(

System restore won't remove the save game files? Just re-install and the save game should be in the relevant folder.

won serie A with 6 matches to spare, in the Europa League semis and 14 & 1/2 months unbeaten.

Going swimmingly with both club and country ahead of the world cup.

had a ridiculous world cup - snuck through along side south korea - drew Iran, USA, Senegal & Switzerland - 4 crackingly easy ties while all the bigger nations beat each other - then switzerland beat england in the semis (2-0) and an andy king goal beat the swiss leaving me with the world cup.

Also won the europa league v liverpool - now into august and 18 months unbeaten for club - 2 for country (Lost to holland in group stages of world cup)

Started as St Pauli a while back.

First season - signed the like of Smolarek on a free. with 12 games left I needed 4 wins to confirm promotion. Got 5 draws and lost 7, finishing 4th :cry:

Second season - Zaki came in (free), with a number of others. needed 2 wins from my last 4 league games, lost all 4. Even on the last day, if I beat Kaiserslaturn (sp), then I would have been promoted, so as they were 16th and needed a win for survival, I though i'd probably lose.

Lost 6-0. Gutted.

Third season - Got Lars Bender for an absolute snip at 2.1m :wub: He's absolute quality (leading star for top division). But, Leverkusen offered 5.25m :cry: and the board accepted it, so the middle of the park is looking weak. Sold Zaki for 4.5m.

Top of the league 11 points clear of 4th, with 23 games gone. I'll probably cock it up.

Oh yeh, signed a Polish regen who's 14, and is currently a leading star for division 2. Loving it.

Started a game with Everton. Signed Fryatt and Waghorn, As Everton don't have many strikers.

Yakubu is out for 5 months and I have only have Saha and Vaughan. With Anichebe out injured for 3 months.

Got promoted with St Pauli :D

I've only got about 2 players good enough for this league, and they both left on free's :(

To make matters worse, i've only got 7m to build a team. Ahh, relegation. Maybe I should have taken the Yanited job.

Finished 15th, with me playing Stuttgart on the last day to decide who fell into the relegation play off. Stole a 1-0 win, and they went down :D.

Quick question - Does anyone know why my FM disc can't be read on my PC> Obviously you'll all be thinking that the disc drive has packed in, but it reads any other disc, so im a little confused. I've been playing this on the laptop since i've had it pretty much, and it's starting to piss me off.
