Arsenal have had 16 different scorers this season

51 in 19 games in premier league

70 in all competitions so far.

Impressive.

Oh and this season, it's Man Utd 10-0 Wigan. lol

Yeah, Mascherano who is suspended more than he plays?

Kuyt only works hard but has no skill.

Aquilani is unproven.

Carragher is getting old and is on poor poor form.

Agger, too often injured.

Skrtel, a joke for a defender, makes Wayne Brown look like a world beater. 3rd/4th choice at best for Liverpool.

Reina - possibly the only one I'll give you but then you could argue that Friedel, Gomes and Given are just as good if not better.

So what a cock you are.

Kuyt? You mean that one that starts most games for the Dutch national team? Can't be too bad if that's the case. I agree with most of your other points, but Friedel and Gomes who can be very good on their day, are not better than Reina. Gomes is very error prone although he's had a much better season so far then he has done last year, and Fridel who still performs at a very high level is coming toward the end of his career, Reina is still mid 20's and will only get better, (Not hard though) Given would be the only 1 out of them 3 that's a fair shout, personally speaking. Aquilani needs time to get used to the English game, not many Italians can cut in England, and those that have done, were generally strikers.

My tuppence is that Liverpool have no strength in depth, need two quality wingers and someone to hold the midfield together like Alonso did, and whilst they're under-performing like now, there are more attractive clubs to sign for, sadly. I think Liverpool have been living on their reputation for a while now, and without their two best players they struggle a lot. Something drastic needs to happen there if they're to win a league in the next few years.

We'll see if Chelsea can handle the loss of big players in January, they're already struggling now, but part of me thinks that's down to the loss of Essien. They were cantering towards the title before he got injured and now it's wide open. Again, a big player proving how much he's worth to a team.

Man Utd have been struggling due to injuries to defenders, but with a proper defensive line, this is their time to capitalise and make up ground on the leaders. Deeply wounded by the loss of Ronaldo who was by far the best player in this league, and hard working Tevez who always seemed to do something when he was on the pitch for United, two players that are nigh on impossible to replace. I fear if something happens to Rooney, United's title bid is over.

Arsenal are going very well at the minute, and although I see them as dark horses, I don't think they can win the title this year. They didn't get going until Fabregas came on against Villa on Sunday and miss Van Persie a lot as he is their main source for goals. Eduardo will never be the same player again and Bendtner is just turd.

One of the best, most exciting topsy-turvy seasons we've had this year and it's brilliant, I think. Normally you can predict how easy it's going to pan-out but this year is the closest one yet.

Rubbish.

Just look at their bench, the likes of Spearing, Dossena, N'Gog, Pacheco, Darby, Kyrgiakos, etc. That's quality? I would go as far as to say that OUR (not Forest) bench is better than that.

Liverpool are a two man team of Gerrard and Torres, if one of them gets injured, they're in trouble, if both of them get injured, it's a disaster!

Also, look at the managers. I rate Mancini, O'Neill and Redknapp all higher than the Spanish faggot.

Liverpool: Gerrard, Torres and Johnson.

Villa: Dunne, Young, Milner, Downing, Heskey and Agbonlahor.

Man City: Given, Richards, Robinho, Tevez, Adebayor, De Jong, Bellamy, Santa Cruz.

Tottenham: Woodgate, Defoe, Crouch, Keane, Lennon, Jenas and Huddlestone.

Apart from those 3 Liverpool players, the rest are VERY average with a shite manager. The other teams have more quality throughout their squad.

I hope Liverpool fail and I hope they fail badly. I also hope that Everton knock them out of the Europa League.

Ok, Rafa has brought some rubbish but talking about Spearing and Darby, they are only young kids and still really unproven. Who knows where they'll be in years to come. And I wouldn't class Johnson has a quality full back.

Robbie Keane is an avarage player, so why include him? Put him in a side with real quality (Gerrard, Torres etc) he didn't do anything. Defoe is another one, he isn't a quality striker.

Players such as Santa Cruz, Adebayor and Robinho have let Man City/Mark Hughes down big style and if Bellamy gets another bad injury he has had it.

I think the players that you quoted at the other clubs, don't even compare with Gerrard and Torres.

I have watched Italy U21's I think before when Aqualani looked very good and even though you say he is unproven in England, which is correct, you say that Mancini is a better manager than Rafa even though Mancini is unproven in England as a manager.

I am not saying that Liverpool are rubbish, because they are, but they still have better players than the other clubs, with the other players being average. Liverpool will finish in the top 4.

Perhaps the most pointless, non-sense making post of the year.

You trying to say that Johnson makes Neilson look like Pele or something?

In other news, apparently Man City are about to offer at least £120m for Torres, Gerrard Mascherano, Maicon and Ibrahimovic

Each :P

The guy is joint top Premier League goalscorer with Drogba and Rooney, what more can he do to be labelled a quality striker? He's scored goals wherever he's been.
Well I'm just shocked that Jermaine Defoe isnt a quality striker.

123 Goals in 316 Apps is hardly a great goalscoring record.

You want to see a real goalscoring record, a real quality striker:

Brian Clough scored 251 Goals in 274 Apps.

You trying to say that Johnson makes Neilson look like Pele or something?

I was just saying that Johnson is over rated, rubbish and not worth 17million.

lol Why would any one of them leave their current clubs to play for Manchester City? Gerrard will never leave Liverpool anyway.

Different generation though.

Take a look at this season, and the above quotes hold substance.

Johnson is probbaly one of the best full-backs in the country.

And given Liverpool's debt problems etc...the owners might accept this bid. Benitez has said he will walk if Torres goes. Gerrard probably won't ever leave Liverpool, you're right, but in this day and age of football anything can happen. Mascherano has said he will only ever leave Liverpool for Barca. But I bet if the money came along he'd be gone to City, just like Toure and Adebayor did.

Yes because Brian Clough is still alive and playing in the 2009/10 Premier League..

Dont be ridiculous! Lennon was a cracking goal-keeper though, everyone knows that. Never pulls his hands away

Santa Cruz injured, scores on his first game back.

Adebayor fine first half of the season, injured.

That's not a real goalscoring record. That's the best ever in English football. <_<

Johnson constantly gave the ball away against Villa, and I know he is the only full back that England have apart from Richards but he has gone off boil a bit.

Agree with the paragraph bit.

I was just comparing a quality striker to an average striker and showing the difference.
